Decided last minute to come to Cangzhou for the National Day holiday and chose this hotel. The whole environment is amazing, and there's plenty of parking. The room environment is also excellent, no weird smells, very fresh, and super spacious. It happened to be Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel made its own mooncakes, leaving them in the room daily. Breakfast was also very rich. I was staying with a child, and the hotel even provided a bed rail, which was already set up when we came back to rest in the afternoon – very thoughtful. It's also convenient for getting around to nearby attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou.

I had a very satisfying trip, thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great value-for-money hotel. The Mando Hotel is just across the road from the beach, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunrise. You can literally walk downstairs to the beach, and I got to enjoy feeding the seagulls all by myself – it felt like a private beach experience! Compared to Aranya and Tiger Stone Park, this place has fewer people, and feeding the seagulls in the afternoon was absolutely fantastic. I also witnessed a perfect sunrise.

Our butler, Cindy, provided excellent service. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and even proactively offered help, paying attention to every detail. Her service was definitely the most pleasant part of my business trip. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave me some of the hotel's homemade cookies when I checked out. Next time I'm in Shijiazhuang, I'm definitely staying at the InterContinental Shijiazhuang Fuli again!

The hotel is well located within walking distance from Handan East. The walking path linking to the hotel is more quiet now with few businesses, victims of the Covid era I guess. Otherwise, the area would have been more vibrant.

I originally booked an executive room, but upon checking in, I was upgraded to a suite. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. While we waited for our room to be cleaned, they proactively offered us drinks and even delivered welcome fruit to our room. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. Although a few areas showed a bit of age, overall, I was very satisfied. The hotel also offers free parking.
Right downstairs from the hotel are Dazhao Park and the Anti-seismic Memorial Hall (currently closed for renovation), making them convenient to visit. It's about a 15-minute drive from the hotel to Tangshan Feast and Nanhu Park.
The hotel's first-floor restaurant offers all-day dining, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The executive lounge has been moved to the first floor, providing happy hour drinks and fruit in the afternoon, and a light dinner in the evening. The light dinner was surprisingly good! 👍 It included six hot dishes, with noodles, wontons, and rice as main courses, along with several cold dishes and various alcoholic beverages.
The only downside was a layer of dust on the headboard in the room, which was a bit off-putting. I hope they can improve their hygiene management.

The room is spacious and bright, with a view of the park next door. There are many varieties of breakfast, and there is an entrance to the park, which is very user-friendly~
The hotel is also in a very good location, 20 minutes away from Tangshan Station, the first choice for business trips!

整個賓館豪華氣派，品味非凡，硬件精良，是正定區最貴的酒店。可是忍不住還是想吐個糟：1、房間及樓道𥦬户都鎖上了，不透氣，雖然服務員説已開業四年，但住進去還是會感覺憋悶。空調也開不了，服務員大姐挺好，也來幫忙，還是不行，最後把房間窗户開了鎖並打開，又給配了一台風扇吹，空氣才流通些。可問題是晩上開窗大貨車經過時聲音很大，關上窗又悶熱，簡直無法入睡。2、如此高大上的酒店，早餐咖啡機卻沒配咖啡杯，服務員讓我用柱狀杯喝，咖啡味道就不説了。3、酒店沒有任何提示説準備的簡易拖鞋需要付費，按照我們走南闖北的慣性，帶走了路上換腳。結果車到半路接到賓館電話説要付費，一雙25元，我去！反正下次再也不會住了。

This hotel experience was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was pleasant. GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Beijing Wildlife Park, and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi in the morning. For the same price, you can only stay in a cramped express hotel in the center of Beijing, but here you can enjoy a spacious family suite. The hotel also has a children's playground where you can feed small animals and pet capybaras. Remember to bring your swimsuit when you go. The hotel's swimming pool is large and clean. You can go to the zoo in the morning and relax in the swimming pool when you come back in the afternoon. It is very suitable for those who go to the wildlife park to stay here.

This time, I took my child to Taiwoo for a skiing trip, and staying at Nanshanli Hotel truly elevated the experience. The convenience of ski-in/ski-out combined with incredibly thoughtful family-friendly amenities makes it an absolute top choice for family skiing. I highly recommend it with five stars!
The hotel's core advantage is the ultimate convenience for skiing. We stayed in Block D, where the exclusive ski equipment hall is right downstairs. Getting ski cards, renting equipment, and hiring instructors – everything is handled in one place, so you don't have to carry your skis around. Just outside the hall are the 9-person gondola and the magic carpet for beginners. Newbies can practice on the magic carpet area, and once they're proficient, they can take the gondola up the mountain. Even the intermediate slopes are very friendly, truly offering a 'slopes at your doorstep' experience. Guests also enjoy a 30% discount on ski passes, which is much more cost-effective than buying them elsewhere, making the value for money exceptional.
The family-friendliness also gets full marks. We chose a family room with a super large 2.4-meter bed and children's bunk beds, so even families with two children won't feel crowded. Some ground-floor rooms in Block C even have private courtyards, where you can step out onto the balcony and play in the snow – truly a snow-view room. The most delightful surprise was the 2000-square-meter Haisen Playground next to the ski equipment hall in Block D, equipped with rock climbing, slides, and other facilities. If the kids get tired from skiing or the weather is bad, they can easily spend half the day here. The 'Taiwoo Night' performance is held in the plaza right outside the hotel in the evening, making it super convenient to watch with kids without having to go far.
The service and amenities are meticulously thought out, so you don't have to worry about a thing. There's a wide variety of dining options, including buffet, BBQ, and hot pot within the hotel, as well as a choice of thirteen simple meals at Fengwei, so you won't eat the same thing for a week. If you don't want to go out, they also offer room service. The AB Hotel is right next door, and a two-minute walk brings even more dining choices. McDonald's in the town is also very close, and I recommend ordering ahead on the app during peak lunch hours. After skiing, you can relax in the hotel's hot springs; indoor and outdoor pools misting in the snowy landscape relieve muscle soreness while offering a unique winter romance.
Transportation is also very convenient. The resort shuttle bus departs on time, making it easy to get to other areas of the town or down the mountain. For those driving, there's free parking, and electric vehicle charging stations are available. My only minor suggestion is that the ski equipment hall and restaurants can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so it's advisable to visit during off-peak times.
Overall, Taiwoo Nanshanli Hotel perfectly balances skiing convenience, family comfort, and great value for money. Staying here, adults can enjoy skiing to their heart's content, and children can play freely. The next time I bring my child to Taiwoo, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again!

LLibraKKKThe environment is pleasant, though the resort area is quite small and pales in comparison to Aranya in Beidaihe. The hotel's interior design is lovely and very Japanese in style. The courtyard features many beautiful hydrangeas. The minibar being constantly restocked is a definite plus. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, where you can choose one of three à la carte buffet options; the food was decent. While polite, the staff's attitude felt rather cold and indifferent. There were no perks like early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades, which is fine, as the hotel isn't obligated to provide them.
What really ticked me off was an incident during check-out. The day before, the butler had explicitly told us that two bottles of body lotion would be left at the front desk for us to collect when we checked out. However, when checking out, the front desk didn't mention it at all until I brought it up. Then, the staff acted as if I was trying to swindle them out of a major freebie, going through a ridiculously elaborate verification process, only to eventually hand over just *one* bottle. It made me feel like I was begging for a gift. I almost decided to just drop it, but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. They were the ones who offered it in the first place, yet they made me feel like I was trying to take advantage. So, I insisted on receiving the two body lotions that were initially promised. I've stayed at many hotels that offer complimentary parting gifts upon check-out, and those always cheerfully enhanced my overall satisfaction. This experience, however, left me absolutely furious. They seriously need to train their staff on proper communication protocols.

LLexiaoyao626The room equipment is indeed too old and has been eliminated by the times. The small bed is surprisingly narrow. It is especially inconvenient to take a shower in the rain. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Half of the outside is glass, which is awkward and dangerous. This must be improved as soon as possible to eliminate hidden dangers. The curtains are the kind that can only be made up in ordinary small hotels.
The waiter is very good! Especially the little girl who answers the phone at the front desk switchboard is very cultured. Hearing her gentle voice and polite answers to questions on the other end makes people feel like home. The hardware here is seriously insufficient, and it is indeed compensated by software.

__ZFB886588****An older hotel, but the facilities are still complete and the room was pretty clean. You can't expect too much from an old hotel. It's best to take a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the station; don't just jump into a shared ride, you might get ripped off. It's just outside the city wall, and I personally think staying here is more comfortable than inside the wall. Among the performances, only the iron flower show is worth seeing, but you absolutely need to get there early to secure a good spot, otherwise, you won't be able to watch. The commercial streets are all pretty much the same!

Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

TTimLimBad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items.
The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect.
Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads..
Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby.
Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop.
As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

GGuest UserI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

GGuest UserThe swimming pool, breakfast and dinner of this hotel are all good! It is very close to Tongzhou, so our family has stayed here many times.
During the holiday, the hotel was almost fully booked, and the waiter was a little too busy. The hotel manager personally carried our luggage to the room, which was very enthusiastic! There was a shy Allen at the front desk (I think the name of the brand name is this) who felt like a newcomer and was serious! There was a waitress in a black suit in the restaurant who worked after breakfast and dinner, but the service was always enthusiastic and patient!
The above are my own observations as a guest staying here. My family will stay here again~
