A 4* Holiday Inn Hotel in Shepperton (Surrey).Prime location for staying at this hotel is Legoland. You would require a vehicle to this hotel. It has lots of open space outside to spend your time with family and friends. Excellent clean rooms, buffet breakfast, (7am -1100 am) and Leisure Facilities (0700 am -2000 am) jacuzzi, sauna, indoor pool, steam room. There is a Swan Sanctuary near the hotel. You need to pay for parking but, if you are a IHG Member ask them to waiver the parking at the Front Desk. We loved staying at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. We were here for a wedding. Beautiful grounds , lovely staff . Food  was very good . Rooms had everything you need, although a little hot but they can’t help the heatwave. Nice spa area . Shame they don’t have treatment rooms as we would have booked treatments. Would highly reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Perfect location for races but also nice if not. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Parking easy with lots of space. We were able to check in early which was great before the racing started. Bar area very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. Staff very attentive. Room was very nice in the 2nd floor facing the golf course, so fabulous View. Very clean. Beds very comfortable and the bedding top quality with the best pillows ever. Toiletries are good quality with a long lasting smell on your skin. Towels greasy , white and fluffy. We had large windows like patio doors so could open wide. Only issue was the outside bar ( was no balcony) had loads of covert and dead insects in it. Breakfast. The dining room again had a very relaxing atmosphere was bright and very clean. The food options were plentiful and of good quality and quantity. Coffee from a machine , but used fresh ground coffee , beans when choosing you options. The bar prices were quite good, didn’t feel I was being over charged and the bar staff were quick and efficient. Overall a superb stay.

Have stayed here a few times now, lovely hotel, nice clean comfortable rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It’s clear that attention to detail has been prioritized. One of the standout highlights was the spa. The facilities were excellent, and the atmosphere was tranquil—perfect for unwinding. The pool area was spotless, and the treatments were first-class, leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Dining at the hotel was also a fantastic experience. The food was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and served with a smile. It’s evident that the team takes great pride in the quality of their service. Overall, I’m delighted to say that Voco Lythe Hill Hotel & Spa has more than redeemed itself in my eyes. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service. Can’t wait to return!

The hotel is nice and lovely. Location is decent and near parks. Service could be better, didn’t really feel the presence of the staff, very standard service - I only put 4 stars because of the person who offered to drive us around the property in the buggy, sorry forgot his name but he was originally from Hong Kong. Rooms were nice and clean, the spa amenities were also nice and there’s an indoor pool that kids can use on specific times. The kids activities were also nice? They had something prepared everyday and the petting farm was my daughters favorite as you can pet and brush and feed horses, donkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits etc.

Another lovely stay. Evening meal was very good. Breakfast was average. The spa facilities are good. They have added extra hot tubs which was a nice addition although both hot tubs were not as clean as they could have been. We went to the spa very early and was a little disappointed with the amount of scum marks in the hot tub. We felt it should have been wiped round before the first people used it. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Was there for my son’s graduation. A lovely hotel with huge and comfortable room and a wonderful view. We saw a deer from our room! That was a cute touch to the stay!! A little bit far from the town centre but if you don’t mind taking the bus and see Guildford a little bit more, then its a plus point. There’s a big Tesco down the road which was convenient. The staffs were all so pleasant and helpful! All in all we had a very happy and stress free stay at Holiday Inn Guildford. Tq.

The hotel's public facilities are quite new, stylish, and comfortable. The breakfast and gym are excellent, and the front desk service is friendly. However, the rooms and en-suite bathrooms are a bit older and darker. There's a small supermarket right outside, and it's about an 8-minute walk to the main shopping area on High Street. For parking, we ended up using a public car park behind the hotel, paying via their website or app as needed. Our room faced this car park.
