We were checked in to not just 1 but 2 times to dirty room that had not been cleaned. No where on this website does it say because you booked through them you have to pay deposit of same amount as entire stay. So that took my bank money (cash on hand ) money away from us. If I didn't have credit cards we would out of town with zero money. Because we checked I'm through this app the hotel would not refund our money . I have pictures of the check in for the 2 different rooms. I called down to let them know our room was filthy and they checked us I'm another room. It waa worst than the first. We are now in 3rd room and house keeping far past 3 days have not even gave us fresh towels...

We have never stayed with La Quinta hotels before this stay. It was such a great experience. Great safe option with down to earth and welcoming employees. We will definitely be adding this hotel to our list of options on future trips!

Had trouble regulating the temperature in the room, hot then cold! The mattress was not good, not comfortable.
Otherwise, check in was good, staff was good, breakfast was great! The hotel was neat and clean.

I've stayed here a few times and it's a nice hotel with friendly staff. The road is a little loud, but for the easy access in and out it's worth it.

It wasn't the best. I stayed here once before and it used to be so good, and that's why I picked here. Last night's stay was not so good. The employees were super nice though. The bed was so uncomfortable, I woke up with my back hurting. The microwave didn't work at first but my husband was able to fix it to get it to work. The pool was so cold, it wasn't enjoyable. I've stayed previously in winter temps and the room and pool was heated. Maybe it was just a bad time to stay, but I was less than happy this time. The employees are still friendly and as helpful as they can be, so it's definitely not their fault.

We like stopping here on our drive from Canada to Florida. It is a good halfway point. An Applebees is close and opened later which is nice after a long drive. The property sits between the highway and a shopping center. The only problem with the rooms facing the parking lot is the street light shines right to the bed, and the curtain only closes halfway.

My family had reserved a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told that they did not have a room with two queen beds left. My 17 year old son had to sleep on a fold away bed, very uncomfortable. If it had not been so late when we arrived, we would have found something else.
