"The hotel we stayed in was a real find! Since the first minutes of stay we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and novelty of everything. Rating 10 out of 10 – is not an exaggeration! The presence of the elevator has also become a pleasant bonus, especially after long walks around the surroundings. We booked a room for three days and never regretted our choice. On the first day we had a small incident: my daughter was burned a little bit in the sun. However, reception staff responded quickly and offered pantenol spray to make things easier. Such care and attention to guests really please! The hotel is in a quiet place where you can enjoy calm and wake up to the singing of birds. It is an ideal place for those who want to rest from the city's vainness and enjoy nature. If you are not looking for parties and alcohol entertainment, here you will be able to sleep perfectly and restore strength. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a comfortable and quiet place for a rest. We are happy to return here again! 👍"

Overall satisfied with my stay! The room was very clean and came with a convenient ensuite bathroom. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having a kitchen provided was a huge plus. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the Magnit grocery store is only a few houses away. Definitely recommend!

Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.  ＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи. ＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

Very convenient location. Not far from the rope road, but you will have to sinking to the mountain. Take a family room with a two-storey bed, children delighted. Very clean fresh bed. Mattresses are flexible, not cheap. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is not new but quite clean. On the first floor the dining room at the restaurant price. Food for 3 cu. Better add and go to Grusha, which is next to the hotel. Nothing for children. Would I go back there? I'm not likely. I want to visit other hotels.

У данного отеля очень хорошее расположение, он находится рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом, пешеходной улицей, есть два магнита рядом, burger king. Я выбрал номер без окна, самый дешёвый, ну ничего, вполне терпимо. Санузел и душевая сетка есть. Есть комната приёма пищи. Там есть микроволновка, чайник, холодильник. В принципе на несколько ночей рекомендую. В данном номере без окна, я не знаю, как у них работает приточная вентиляция, напиши что никак не работает.

Stop at the hotel in March. The location was perfect for us. The room is small but clean enough. The cleaning was done almost daily. A small kitchen corner with modern equipment. It's quite comfortable. On the 1st floor of a cafe, where you can eat at any time. On the territory of an open pool, sauna. Everything is clean enough. Svetlana's very spiritual administrator. met and placed us at night. Unfortunately, it was necessary to interrupt the residence earlier than planned. I hope, we will come back!

Excellent guest house, went with a guy, we WA liked, the territory of the house is beautiful, there is a kitchen, toilets, pool, lying, beautiful tables, just super!!!! 👍🏼 especially liked the host-Minas, very polite, positive, fun, good man! It was very comfortable 🫶🏻 It is necessary to return here again not once, because it is crazy to return here!!! The view is chic, the location is excellent, 5 minutes to the Olympic Park, 10 minutes to the Sochi Park, the beach is also near!!
