A nice hotel just next to Kuban, the place is comfortable and quiet. I didn't find the soap, I had to ask friends in another room. I chose a hotel with a bath, I wanted to warm up. Martha was the only one to meet my request. The bathroom is small but I'm not big, so it's a match;) The territory is enriched, up to sea minutes 6 to supermarket Cross of minutes 10. Nearby dining and shopping rows. There is an exit from the room to the common balcony, there is a nice sitting with a cup of tea. There is a teapot and a microwave on the floor. The room is warm (visit in February). The only minus - noisy, though not season, but people are many, they drink and communicate loudly, sound isolation is not very good, opposite the balconies of another hotel, but for short accommodation is suitable. Thank you!

Clean hotel , heated pool , very comfortable bed . With the downsides in the kitchen one jar and one pan , you need to get to the hotel well to climb the mountain . Very strong hearing from the corridor. For a couple of nights you can stop , the more for 1500 rubles .

FFaina WOverall satisfied with my stay! The room was very clean and came with a convenient ensuite bathroom. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and having a kitchen provided was a huge plus. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the Magnit grocery store is only a few houses away. Definitely recommend!

Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.  ＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.  ＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи. ＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

EEugenia NДдя того, чтобы переночнвать ожну ночь и улететь самое то, в 3х минутах ходьбы от аэропорта. Чисто, есть мыло, шампунь, удобная кровать. Приветливый ресепшн. Немного по стилю напоминает советское время, но плюсы это покрывают. Из минусов высокая слышимость.
