All rooms have a TV and Wi-Fi. There are 12 rooms in total. There are two large equipped kitchens on the floor, and within walking distance there are several cozy cafes serving delicious breakfasts. There is a playground for guests with children. Parking is available for travelers by car. The Drama Theater and the Museum of Local Lore are 2 km away, while the I.M. Feinberg House and the Volkonsky House Museum are 3 km away. The train station is 9 km away and the airport is 8 km away.

"The woman who answers the phone is incredibly strange (to put it mildly). She answers calls while simultaneously distracted by her own affairs, speaking rudely. It's scary to imagine foreign tourists checking in here; she barely even speaks Russian. The location is good, but the downside is that it's incredibly loud. Every day, by 5 a.m., they start making noise and clearly don't care that other guests are still sleeping. On Saturday, two drunk women rented the room next door, and everyone's conversations were audible. If you want a good night's sleep, this is definitely not the place. Looking for adequate accommodations, too."
