2-Star Hotels in Limburg, Netherlands

This is one of the nicer Backpackers I’ve stayed in. It has only one bunk in each pod so you’re really separate from everybody else. The location is three hours from Amsterdam although it is very very close to the train station I loved the free fruit and the outside areas. There was two nice garden areas. The only thing I didn’t appreciate or enjoy was I booked in so late at night and it just happened to be handover and the lady could not help me as she was busy counting her hotel and finishing her day so therefore I did not get my free welcome drink. I thought it was just the water on the bar when I asked if there was any food she said no and did not offer me any fruit which of course I realised it’s free so there was food. Another couple were trying to book in at the same time as me so I gave them the computer. I really wish that the woman behind the bar could have told me there was a second computer. I guess she was just having a bad day. I also had had a bad day although it’s not a competition, I had caught the wrong train from Amsterdam and had an hour and a half detour. All my own fault but I was absolutely shattered. I could not think straight when I got there and needed a little help to check In. Highly recommend doing the caves and fort at Saint Petersburg. Budget hotel and about 15-min walk from the train station. This is totally fine without luggage, but challenging if you do (can book an Uber if you desire). Our room is clean but a bit small. It’s close to the major spots to visit in Maastricht so that’s nice.

Love staying with this group. They are focused on students and schools and make a refreshing change from typical business hotels. Don't expect anything complex from kitchen, but nothing bad. This one has a great river terrace.

The room facilities are very new, with two beds, one of which is a single bed that is folded in the closet and needs to be folded down, which is very interesting. The mattress is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Free parking is available and the breakfast is also great.

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Las paredes son muy delgadas y en otros cuartos, habían varias personas escuchando música y en disposición de fiesta, lo que no nos permitió dormir.

Vanwege het mooie weer was het al warm op de kamer (geen airco) en 's nachts een raampje openlaten zat er niet in vanwege de herrie op straat. Hoewel de bas van een nabij gelegen disco je toch wel wakker houdt. Verder is de hotelkamer heel basic, douchkop zakt uit zichzelf naar beneden en het ontbijt een standaard hotel ontbijt, terwijl ze op het terras blijkt dat ze best wel wat meer in huis hebben....

Very small, old facilities, convenient location, within ten minutes walk from outlets
