アクセス 新潟駅万代口から徒歩5分圏内。ローソンが近くにある。ビルの4階だがエレベーターがあるので楽にたどり着ける。 システム 無人対応。ドア前に各宿泊者向けのメモが貼られている。それを見ると鍵の開け方がわかるのでセキュリティ上は良くないかもしれない。 アメニティは浴室のシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープとドライヤーがある。タオルや耳栓は有料。ベッドエリアは土足禁止。 ベッドは二段。上がり口は独立していてカーテンで仕切られている。布団とライトとコンセントがある。鍵はない。足元に靴や小型のスーツケースを収納するスペースがある。 貴重品ロッカー、大型スーツケースをしまう場所があるかどうかわからなかった。 公共スペースにはソファ、作業机3台あり。 トイレは男女分かれている。シャワースペース2室は男女共用。洗面台は4台。 清潔 ベッドエリアは十分に清潔。冷房がしっかり効いている。トイレやシャワールームも清潔、換気扇の埃や鏡の曇りがある程度。 総合 荷物が多くない滞在で、シャワーと風呂、ベッドが使えればよいという場合は快適に過ごせる。

2泊3日のプチ旅行で利用しました。 従業員の方皆さん親切で2人部屋の小さな部屋を予約しましたがのびのびと過ごせました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で日替わりで白米と他にカレーや炒飯などもありました。 パンやグラノーラもあったので朝はあまり食べれない方でも利用しやすいと思います。 個人的にドリンクに牛乳があったのがとても嬉しかったです。

This hotel has the convenience of a newer and modern accommodation but the rooms keep a little bit of the traditional ”ryokan” feel to them, which I found wonderful. Everything was super clean (spotless) and the staff was very very helpful. The view from my room was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

It's close to the station, so it's convenient for transportation. It's a shame there isn't a large public bath. There's a convenience store and restaurants nearby, so it's not a problem. It feels like an APA Hotel with a strong business hotel feel.

The toilets and bathrooms are shared. The boss is very nice and talkative. Behind the house is Lake Kamo. He also took us to feed the seagulls and swans. Those who need a car will drive them to the car rental office. It's a 7 or 8 minute walk from Ryotsu Port. It's easy to find. In a tatami room, there are two-layer mattresses for sleeping. Sometimes the quilt will be delivered later to help the guests make the bed. If the room is large, it may be put in advance.

The facilities in the hotel are complete, there is a kitchenette, laundry, dryer, and massage chair, very comfortable, not far from the pick-up station, about 5 minutes walk, there is a small night grocery store next to the connection station, you can buy snacks first.
