Great
GGuest UserThis hostel is incredibly affordable, yet the facilities and service are on par with, if not better than, hostels in other Italian cities costing upwards of 400. The room insulation is excellent, and the front desk staff are attentive and professional. Its location right next to Mestre station makes it incredibly convenient for visiting Venice or other cities. This was by far the best value-for-money hostel I stayed at during my Europe trip, and even without considering the price, the experience was still top-notch.
AAnonymous UserReally nice reception who made our trip memorable. Gave us advice on how to plan our time in Venice. They come and clean your rooms as well.
CChuWLA&O Venezia is located ~10 minutes from the train station and also ~5 minutes from the bus stop which takes you to the main island.
Large building with a large working space and bar and offers free baggage storage which is nice of them.
The bed is comfortable and big and the room is clean with air-con.
The bed also has a small rack to place items and has both a charger and wall plug. However, the built-in charger seems out of date as it doesnt seem to have tje voltage to charge smartphones. So the wall plug is the only charging appliance.
The toilet is clean and the shower comes with body wash + shampoo.
However, it seems that there is a leak somewhere for the flooring. The whole toilet becomes wet after a shower and there is also a slight unpleasant smell.
GGuest UserThis is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.
GGobgobMy stay at Hotel bel sito was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. It is situated in Peschiera del Garda, which is already a beautiful destination, and the hotel is positioned in a way that makes everything incredibly convenient. A Penny Market is just nearby, which made it easy to grab anything I needed quickly. Even better, the Peschiera del Garda railway station is very close, making travel and day trips simple and stress-free.
The hotel is also just a short distance from Lake Garda, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Being able to reach the lake so easily added a lot to the overall experience. Everything I needed—shops, transport, and beautiful scenery—was within easy reach.
Another standout feature was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning.
Overall, this hotel offered everything I was looking for: comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
GGuest UserThe building is old, but the location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone, but I had a great time. If I have the opportunity to go to Venice again, I would like to stay at this hotel.
HHunnyBhee✅I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Airone!
✅The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better!
✅The location is very convenient—just a 6-minute walk to the bus stop, so getting around was easy!
✅✅Plus! I also appreciated the free breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
✅The hotel is clean, affordable, and overall a great value for the price.
👏👏👏Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay!
MMikaelsilfFrom the outside, the hostel looks very charming — it’s a beautiful villa surrounded by flowers. Inside, however, it feels like a fairly standard hostel.
The room was extremely hot, and there was only one fan available, which went to whoever claimed it first. The upper bunk had no safety rail, so there is a real risk of falling out during the night. Instead of a proper power outlet by the bed, there was only an extension adapter located below, meaning you have to leave your phone or other valuable devices out of sight while charging.
There is only one toilet per room, and it seemed that most guests were assigned to the same dorm. As a result, there was always a queue for our bathroom while the bathrooms in other rooms remained unused.
Finally, the “breakfast included” option was quite misleading. It consisted of coffee and a couple of dry biscuits. Had I known that this was the breakfast offered, I would have preferred to book a different hostel without breakfast included.
GGuest UserThis hotel has very spacious rooms. The hairdryer is one of those powerful, vacuum-like models. You can easily lay out three 30-inch suitcases flat. It's also a hostel, so there are many students staying here. The lobby has a common room, a pool table, a laundry room, and a large kitchen. However, apart from the microwave, if you want to use the induction hob to cook, you'll need to bring all your own kitchenware as there are no shared items provided. Compared to the previous hostel in Florence, this one is much larger. There's a big supermarket nearby, about a 7-minute walk away, and it's not far from the train station, about 10 minutes. After exiting the train station, if you walk towards the hotel, you'll come across a Chinese supermarket (run by mainland Chinese) that sells a wide variety of goods.
