Fantastic view from here. Needing to get vaporetto a slight nuisance, but I knew that before. 10 bed dorm a bit cramped, but not full so ok. Very comfortable overall, breakfast good. Staff excellent and helpful. Good value in November.

We absolutely loved it here. We were in one of the older rooms and loved the traditional Venice feel with the draped curtains. The bed was so comfortable- needed after a long day of walking. The linen was crisp, white and good quality. The rooms are thoughtful with water, a fridge, and lovely soap etc. They are huge rooms - but they are very comfortable. The service was fantastic. Everyone very friendly and helpful, but not overly polished which we don’t enjoy - still has heart and soul. Will definitely recommend. Location is quiet - but right by grand canal and Main Street. Everything you want and need.

Fantastic, absolutely recommend for solo female travelers in Venice! The value for money is unbelievably good! They have all sorts of facilities. Check-in convenience: Easy and quick check-in. Safety: Very safe, it looks grand and legitimate. Plus, the free luggage storage has cages you can lock yourself, which is super convenient for exploring after check-out. Cleanliness: Great, clean and tidy. The en-suite toilet and shower in the female dorm for seven people were spacious and hygienic. Service: Very friendly!

Comfortable location, from the station waiting 10 min walking. The apartments eat kitchen, plates, dining appliances, only pan, no jar. The staff was responsive, at the request brought the tug and allowed to leave the things. There is not enough hanging in the room to hang the top clothes and only 1 chair. But super thing is there is an electric towel dryer, after a rainy day to dry things what is necessary. Hotel recommends, its price is appropriate

You get what you pay for. The room was big, we had a separate private bathroom and toilet (outside the room). Some towels and soap were already in the bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a kitchen where we could use the fridge and the microwave. Instead coffee and some tea were free to use. However, we had difficulty to find the place. No indications. And also for the parking, it’s written that they have one but no. You had to find a street parking which isn’t easy to do (plus need to pay in the morning if you got lucky and find one = blue zone)

GGuest UserThis is a really lovely little hotel. It's small but perfectly formed, and the reception is just down the road at another hotel. It's the perfect place for a short stay of one or two nights, especially since it's really close to the train station. We were very grateful that they let us in at 1am. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were helpful. The breakfasts are really good too, especially when you consider the Italian norm of just espresso and croissants.

The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It is situated in Peschiera del Garda, which is already a beautiful destination, and the hotel is positioned in a way that makes everything incredibly convenient. A Penny Market is just nearby, which made it easy to grab anything I needed quickly. Even better, the Peschiera del Garda railway station is very close, making travel and day trips simple and stress-free. The hotel is also just a short distance from Lake Garda, which was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Being able to reach the lake so easily added a lot to the overall experience. Everything I needed—shops, transport, and beautiful scenery—was within easy reach. Another standout feature was the breakfast. It was excellent, with a great variety of options and very good quality. I genuinely looked forward to it every morning. Overall, this hotel offered everything I was looking for: comfort, convenience, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There were soap facilities, fan, towels. For breakfast, cruassan, 2 buffets, jams, coffee. The hotel location is excellent. Of the shortcomings: it was a little dusty in the room and it was cool as well, but there are blankets and climate control.
