1st day room was not good because window facing some wall, could not lock, tv side electricity not working 2nd day got better room, as per price it was worth, but if they improve service & cleanliness they can charge more

The facilities are well-equipped and new, and the environment is pleasant and comfortable. The river view from the window is expansive and the location is excellent. It's clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful and attentive; they even upgraded my room.

The room was great - very clean and spacious. The hot water available on the first floor was a thoughtful touch, and the service was excellent. Right downstairs is the No. 93 bus stop, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Yuehe Street and Shaonian Road, which is incredibly convenient.

Amongst all the hotels I stayed in this trip to China, Yuejia Hotel near Yiwu International Trade Mall has been the worst in terms of price versus quality. Only good thing is the location. You can literally walk down to the International Trade Mall. breakfast had many options and likeable if you are ok with Chinese breakfast options. That also have various bread, cake and fruit option as alternative. But the amenities inside the room is below average. Curtain that’s supposed to block the view from the room is torn and badly stained. Aircon was noisy. I asked them to change the room and they said all their rooms are like that. Later sent a handyman who twisted the knobs for a while opened the vent and put on a tissue roll inside to reduce the noise. Wash basin was cracked and except for one person in the reception no one speaks English. Even with the translator app it’s hard to communicate. Won’t be staying there again.

The room was spotless and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The owner/staff were incredibly warm and attentive, with a wonderful attitude. It offers fantastic value for money, and my stay was perfect. I'll definitely be back!

The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. However, the soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear people talking in the next room at night, which was quite noisy. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, provided really warm service. She greeted me every time I entered and left, and when I asked for directions, she enthusiastically helped me look them up on her phone, quickly solving my problem. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, making it easy to get to all the West Lake attractions. Plus, Exit A of Metro Line 1 is only 300 meters away, which is incredibly convenient. Just a small suggestion for the hotel: it would be great if you could switch to a different brand of shampoo and body wash; it would really improve the guest experience.

Staying at Qingzhiwu by West Lake is a quiet blessing. West Lake Moon Stream Garden B&B, surrounded by lush greenery and charming alleys, feels like a hidden courtyard in the city. Waking up to birdsong instead of an alarm clock, and opening the window to the verdant botanical garden rather than cold skyscrapers, is truly refreshing. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. Even the toiletries and small amenities made me feel well-cared for. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, offering to help with luggage and recommending routes, making it feel like I had a familiar friend in Hangzhou. My favorite part was sitting in the garden in the morning, enjoying a cup of coffee. In those moments, travel ceased to be rushed and instead, gently slowed down. If West Lake is the scenery, then staying here truly felt like 'living within the scenery'.

The facilities are very new, the sanitation is very clean, the price is close to the people, the environment is very good, the room is big enough, many times I choose Hanting Hotel, the overall is very good.

The hotel is ideally located between Nanhu Scenic Area and Yuehe Street, with both attractions roughly a kilometer away. The hotel's parking lot is quite small, only fitting around ten cars. Right by the entrance, on Jianguo South Road near Pingshan, is the Wufangzhai main store. It's always bustling, and the prices seem very reasonable! If you're looking for green spaces, Nanhu is the place to go; for charming old streets, Yuehe is perfect. Jianguo South Road is a commercial street, and Shaonian Road is also nearby. The hotel facilities were reasonably clean, and considering the price, it offers good value for money.
