The hotel is in a great location! The front desk staff, especially at night, were very polite and helpful. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet, 14€ per person, but there is not much variety of food.

Very good experience, hotel that deserves to be a 4⭐️, I enjoyed the rooms and breakfast. Personnel of the very sympathetic establishment and serviable.5/5

I recently stayed at the Ibis Cognac Hotel, and my overall experience was very satisfying. The hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions of Cognac. Although the room was small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety, especially the fresh local bread and coffee, which made for a great start to the day. Overall, Ibis Cognac is a great value option for both business and leisure travelers.

Very good hotel near the comic strip museum, about a twenty-minute walk from the train station and fifteen from the old town.

Very helpful reception

The room I rented was very basic but clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing in the area and has a variety of restaurants close by. It is a quite a walk from the train station, all uphill. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is offered.
