Excellent service, toiletries were replaced promptly. The 'Totoro Spirit Roaming Guest' service offers 24-hour attentive butler service, proactively asking about cleaning. Environment: Quiet with good soundproofing. They asked about cleaning the room on time every day. The price was very reasonable. Facilities: Well-equipped. Close to the subway station. Very good, very good!

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I was both excited and curious. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. It's a short walk to Guanqian Street and not too far from Pingjiang Road. There are bus and subway stops right outside, though I later found cycling to be the most convenient way to get around. Even though it was a four-person room, it had partitions, which was great for an introvert like me! However, you need to be mindful not to play audio out loud or make calls in the room because soundproofing is non-existent. My roommates were all quiet, apart from the unavoidable sounds of entering and exiting, and someone shifting in the top bunk, but otherwise, it was fine. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedside lamp had three adjustable colors. Drawing the curtains made me feel very secure. The public showers had great water pressure, though the small shelf for shampoo was a bit wobbly and could use some maintenance. I encountered three different front desk staff members, and all were friendly and kind. Even though I only stayed one night, it was a pleasant experience.

Since we drove to Nanjing, choosing a hotel with parking was important. Getting around by subway is super convenient, which means we didn't add to Nanjing's already crowded streets! The hotel is very close to the Presidential Palace, and it felt like we never had to worry about what to eat – there are so many restaurants on every street. We only stayed two nights, and it honestly felt like not nearly enough time; I don't even think we tried all the different wontons! Next time, we'll need to stay at least a week. The hotel's facilities aren't brand new, but they're perfectly comfortable. Even though it's on a main street, it was quiet enough at night. The two young ladies at the front desk were also incredibly helpful, giving us lots of great sightseeing recommendations. Next time we visit, this will definitely be our first choice again!

The hotel is easy to find, and the front desk staff (especially the lady) was very friendly and helpful. The room was warm and clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, and it's very close to the metro station.

They even upgraded our room. The quad room was quiet, and there are plenty of dining options downstairs. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Not far from the high-speed rail station, it is very convenient to go out and take a taxi, the bus is also good, very comfortable, clean, the TV signal is also very good, there are fast food restaurants next to the door, the price is high.

The house is located right in the heart of Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, a very scenic and traditional area. When you open the door, there's a clear path straight to the window, and from there, you get a picturesque view of the river right outside, with a bridge in the distance and shops on the opposite bank. It really captures that classic 'small bridge, flowing water, and local homes' vibe. The room itself was quite clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. We're a family of three, and they thoughtfully provided an extra comforter for us without us even asking.

Very good location and plenty of places to eat. There is a big self service restaurant opposite the hotel offers good quality food and good price. Very helpful and friendly staff. I don't speak good Chinese but we managed to work it out for places to go and which bus to catch. My room was good and clean but very noisy when the window is open. Bathroom is ok. This place do not offer food. Great price for a low budget people.

Their hospitality is a top notch! They always stand up and greeting when they see me, and they even gave a farewell gift of 2 cute teddy bear bowls. Their room is so clean and the housekeeping lady always smile when they see me. The location just 8 minutes walk to metro yangyu Xiang exit 3, which makes it easy to go to attraction places. Left and right full of restaurants with delicious food, definitely would not starve when you stay in this hotel.

This is too worth choosing this one for business trips, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is super comfortable to sleep, the sanitary details are full, the front desk service is thoughtful, the surrounding eating is convenient, and there is no pressure to travel! I have begun to look forward to the next stay!
