This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The service was genuinely warm and welcoming, and you could tell they put thought into the facilities – the mattress, TV, and A/C were all top-notch. Sleeping and watching TV were both very comfortable, and even the toilet was smart, which added a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good too. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay. Definitely a great value for money choice, I'd consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

I personally think this hostel offers great value for money. Although it's not super spacious, it has everything you need. There's nothing to complain about regarding the facilities, environment, or service. I highly recommend it for solo travelers! The guy at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly. He quickly helped me check in, carried my heavy 20kg suitcase all the way to my room, and even meticulously explained the hostel's environment and facilities! If you're a traveler, the hostel also provides a huge map for your reference. If you're really unsure about something, don't be shy to ask the front desk guy; he'll offer recommendations tailored to your situation. All the front desk staff have excellent attitudes and regularly check the common areas, promptly clearing full trash cans and such. And I absolutely love the cleaning lady! She has such a kind smile and always strikes up conversations. To exaggerate a little, I feel like the atmosphere here is just like being at home. This will definitely be my top choice next time I visit Suzhou. Go for it, everyone!

As a 'highly sensitive sleeper,' I didn't have high expectations for accommodation on this trip, but this hotel completely blew them out of the water! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was hooked – warm lighting paired with wooden textures, a faint scent of wood in the air, and the welcome tea offered by the front desk attendant was just the right temperature. Check-in took only 3 minutes, and she thoughtfully provided local sightseeing routes and restaurant opening hours. The room was even more spacious than pictured. The bedding was super soft cotton, the mattress was perfectly firm yet yielding, and with the adjustable pillows, I fell asleep instantly and slept soundly, not even hearing my alarm clock! The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent, branded toiletries had a luxurious scent, hot water supply was stable and consistent, and the hairdryer was powerful enough that I didn't have to wait around. The biggest surprise was the soundproofing; it completely blocked out external noise, making the room so quiet I could only hear my own breathing. My three-day stay was consistently impressive: the room cleaning was so thorough that even under the bed there was no dust. Whether for business travel or a family vacation, this hotel is a no-brainer! The value for money is exceptional; for a mid-range price, I experienced service and facilities comparable to a five-star hotel. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning to visit the area, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Confucius Temple and Bailuzhou Park, making it super convenient for getting around. It's also very close to the subway station. The room was great, and the front desk staff were really lovely. The lobby has a charming, vintage feel. There's a big, beautiful outdoor terrace too. It recently snowed in Nanjing, and the light dusting of snow made everything look so pretty. Highly recommend!

The most impressive thing is the location of the hotel, which is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and many food and shopping centers around. Overall, this stay was very pleasant and I would highly recommend it to my friends!

What an unique experience! Nothing could be more authentic than that! Our room is on the first floor right by the water. We saw many women rowing the gondola boats and serenading beautiful songs to their passengers. We came in a low season, so there wasn’t that much crowd. We could stroll around leisurely to take in all the beautiful sights that this place offers to us. The home stay is operated by a couples. They are so friendly, kind, and always eager to help out, especially the wife (Ms. Chan). The day when we left, she helped us getting a didi ride which is more cheaper than the one we hailed ourselves. The room we stayed in is very unique, it is not super big, but it is very clean and it has everything we needed for the night. All and all, I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Very good location and plenty of places to eat. There is a big self service restaurant opposite the hotel offers good quality food and good price. Very helpful and friendly staff. I don't speak good Chinese but we managed to work it out for places to go and which bus to catch. My room was good and clean but very noisy when the window is open. Bathroom is ok. This place do not offer food. Great price for a low budget people.

SATIESFIED!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After staying for one night here, we decided to extend for another night. The hotel is located in a lively street. You won't be hungry in any time of the day 🤣 We asked whether our rooms will be cleaned or not & they said they will. But when we came back at night, they only gave us new supplies of toiletries & towels (might be because our things were still scattered everywhere 🙈). After checking out in the morning, we walked around & left our baggage in the hotel -＞ till evening 😳 (with their permission)! Around 8PM, we booked our Didi and left the hotel. 小雅 helped us moved our luggages & greeted us as warm as she wasyesterday. A really good experience & will definitely come again while traveling to Suzhou ❤️

The hotel is very cost-effective and conveniently located. It takes a few minutes to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. The famous Huaiyang Tower is across the road. The room is large, very clean, and has no peculiar smell. It is very quiet to sleep at night. It is close to the Tinghu District Business Center. Highly recommend it!
