The service attitude of the front desk attendant was extremely poor. The taxi I called for me had already started the meter when I got in the car. I asked the driver about it, but he pretended not to know. However, I know it is impossible for the meter to jump so much when I get in the car tomorrow. I rejected the fraudulent driver and reported it to the front desk and called a new taxi. The girl at the front desk said there were no other cars. When I asked her which direction the nearby Av. Brasil was, she also shook her head and pretended not to know. How could she not know such a famous street? She must be unhappy because I didn't cooperate with her and was cheated by the driver.

My hostel was worth it a lot, I think it's the best hotel cost benefit

The location is exactly near the lake, the hostel's little balcony is beautiful, they have a pool in the backyard too, chairs and terrace where they serve breakfast in a buffet style. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Deconstructed, pleasant a**osphere and meets what you need! Clean but super functional rooms, no frills and practical. It met what I needed and the room gave me a peaceful night's sleep, and I was able to rest very well! The hotel is located in a location with facilities around it, so there was no need for the hotel not to offer meals. If I return to BH, the hotel will definitely be on my quote list! Ps: super attentive staff

房間有三人房 有四人房 居然和單人房一個價格 我來的時候，剛好有三人房，酒店經理Anna直接讓我住進了三人房一個人住了 40多平米的大房間。還是很好的。 定房時候是沒有早餐的，住進來之後，有早餐但是非常簡單，衹有麪包，牛奶咖啡和水果，因為他這個裝修，沒有物流餐廳，所以早餐衹能很少種類，擺放在酒店前台走廊。

Location is strategic, but because it is in the center, it is necessary to be cautious and it is not advisable to walk after 19:00, the time the trade closes. The hotel's suggestion is: more fruit option in coffee, tree box in the entrance and iron to pass better clothes.

The hotel was great from the service to the facilities. All right. Excellent hotel with a great location. The boy at the reception was very sympathetic and attentive. The wonderful breakfast, the girls working at the very careful dining room, the two friendly and the full coffee. We love our stay and recommend the hotel.

The accommodation was wonderful, only what left to desire was the location that is a little dangerous as well as any city centre, and also some receptions that were not so nice.
