The room size was decent, and the location is quite close to the airport, making it a good choice for a layover or to adjust to the time difference. The breakfast offered a good variety. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan was quite noisy. On the bright side, the morning glow outside the hotel entrance was beautiful.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

The Wenatchee Red Lion was an excellent budget choice. While a bit old, everything worked and the staff was very helpful and polite. The trains were a bit noisy at night, as ther train tracks are right behind the hotel. The pool and hot tub were both open and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

The location of the hotel is very good. Especially Hot Tub, kids love it! The coffee at the mini bar☕️ is rich and mellow, and the fireplace in the lobby is blazing. Sitting on the sofa in the lobby and enjoying the snow scenery outside, it is warm and beautiful! The surrounding snow scenery of Whatcom Fall park is so beautiful!

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.

Hotel was clean, house keeping winds down quite early but you can contact front desk if you need anything.

The environment is very good, the hotel is clean, the price is high, there are Chinese restaurants, Thai restaurants around, driving to the German town is also very convenient, it is recommended. The breakfast was also good and the front desk service was good.

The room is very large and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The self-service laundry room costs 9 quarters for washing and 8 quarters for drying. You can pay coins or swipe cards. To give you a reference. Sara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We reserved an accessible room and did not get one. We were told there were none available after we specifically requested accessible accommodations. It was a big problem for us.

Centrally located, convenient, clean and having the breakfast included makes it easy for family trips before heading out to do day trips. They don't disappoint.😍
