First we were given a room that was still being cleaned when we checked in. Next morning there was no hot water to shower. Staff reveals poor skills in handling adverse situations and comunicating with clients. Stay away.

Hotel Jardim is centrally located and within walking distance of most things. The room I was in was very clean and had aircon etc. It was not far off from needing refurbished, but the bed was comfortable and I slept well. I never used the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The pastry shop mentioned on other reviews is exceptional and is great value for money. I went there for breakfast and was not disappointed. Would I go back to Hotel Jardim..... Yes Parking is in the bays at the front of the hotel and on one side of street on which the hotel sits on.

鉄道を利用して都市間を移動したのでアヴェイロ駅から徒歩で行けて地球の歩き方にも載っているこちらのホテルにしました。朝食はつけていないため割愛します。 3人でトリプルルームに宿泊しベッドは1台簡易ベッドでした。中心部からは10分ちょっと歩きますが平坦なのでそこまで遠いとは思いませんでした。以下は2025.5時点の情報です。 ○よかった点チェックイン、チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かってくれるチェックアウトが12時だったのでゆっくりできたウェルカムドリンクでポートワインがあったバスタブのある部屋だった向かいがカフェ。コーヒー美味しかったです。向かいがコインランドリー。洗濯9kg4€、19kg8.2€で乾燥は19kg1.8€。紙幣コインで支払い可能。ただ朝7時からと書いてあったが実際は8時以降に開いたので注意。洗剤は不要モリセイロボートツアーのゴンドラ舟に乗る割引チケットがフロントで買える。 Viva a Ria社の45分ツアー15€が11€になる ○あまり良くなかった点ホテル近くでニワトリが鳴く。朝も夕方も深夜でも不定期に鳴いていてまあまあうるさい！！電気ポットは部屋にないがフロントに頼めばお湯はもらえた。スマートTVではなくNHKワールドは映らない。シャワーとの切り替えがわかりにくかった。トータルではとても泊まってよかったと思えたホテルでした。コスタノヴァまではBoltで8€くらいでした。

Alboi hotel 그룹에 속해 있는 호텔인데 오래된 곳이었어요. 이 호텔의 입구를 바로 사용하는 게 아니라, 바로 옆에 붙은 호텔의 입구를 같이 쓰고 거기에서 체크인, 체크아웃 하는 거라서 좀 생소하고 불편한 점도 있었어요. 거기서 지하 1층 내려와서 옆 건물로 이동해서 다시 1인용 정말 작은 엘베를 타고 제 방으로 올라갈 수 있었어요. 시설이 오래된 것 같기는 했는데, 저는 시가지보다 조금 떨어져있어서 좋았어요. 아베이루 초입이지만 운하 뷰가 보이고 시가지까지 걸어서 5분 정도 밖에 안 걸립니다. 위생은.. 샤워실에서 샤워호스에 물때가.. 심각했어요. 그리고 샤워기 필터 바꿔 끼웠는데 4시간만에 필터색이 갈색으로 바뀌어서 깜놀...

GGuest UserA grand hotel in the old style. It was undergoing significant renovation while I stayed, so they're clearly making an effort to remain competitive. Staff was courteous and helpful. The dinner in the restaurant was tasty and filling at a good price. All in all an excellent value. My only complaint is the strong musty odor in my room. Fortunately the weather was good so I could open the windows wide, but the hotel really needs to eliminate the source of the smell. I didn't know before visiting Luso that it's famous for the quality of its water. The photo show the spouts in the center of town where locals come to fill their containers.

GGuest UserThe hotel does not meet expectations, the photographs advertised on trip have nothing to do with reality, they should fix the damage. We thought it had a jacuzzi on the roof that we never found. As for the location, it is very good, everything is close at hand to be able to walk, the cleaning girls are very nice and every morning they bring you clean towels and make your bed, they also help you with whatever you need. Overall rating: Could be improved
