The overall environment is good, the goods are of good quality and the price is low. I basically stay at their house every time I go on a business trip. It might be a little inconvenient if I don't drive, but overall it is good.

I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. The room is small, the big suitcase can't be spread out, a single bed, a business trip for one night, it is not convenient to live more. But the breakfast is not bad, the variety is quite rich, the homemade waffles are delicious.

It was clean and nice that there was a church and a Christmas market nearby. It was especially convenient to look around the area because the city center was right next door.

It is a pretty old fashioned hotel but the location is pretty convenient. It is next to big malls: Galeria, and Platan. The staff are also very patient and helpful. We borrowed an adapter and the staff also helped me to change to a new room upon my request. Will stay here again when I visit Zabrze again.
