5-Star Hotels in Mara, Tanzania

This is a newly opened hotel. The owners are from Switzerland and Sri Lanka. The hotel style is more Nordic and minimalist. It must be mentioned that the service staff is simply amazing, both professional and warm-hearted. And during the few days we were there, elephants wandered around the door every day.

The hotel environment is absolutely good, the facilities and services are also good, and there could be more dining options. Greci at the front desk is very good and she is very patient even though our English is not good. The transportation reservation department is unreliable. I booked transportation very early, but there was no proactive contact in advance, let alone Make preparations, wait until I get in touch and have to communicate the details multiple times via email and phone calls, it’s tiring! The driver's phone number provided was wrong, and what was even more outrageous was that the previous price was temporarily overturned, and the management was chaotic and self-destructive...

Dreamlike cuisine with beautiful scenery and caring service

The room service was good, but the health was given 2 points because I had a lunch at OneNature shortly after I checked in. I didn’t eat anything strange in the four seasons the day before. I was healthy when I arrived at OneNature. It was a bit disgusting soon after lunch. I couldn’t eat anything disgusting for dinner. Vomiting around 8 pm, late at night is sitting in the toilet back and forth... Obviously ****. . The next day the hotel doctor gave me anti-diarrhea drugs, afraid that I would have a fever at night and gave three anti-burn drugs. OneNature's whole two days without doing anything, I lay on the bed and ran to the toilet. 😂 Maybe I'm unlucky. 🤷 This 3W I'm really helpless for one night...
