3-Star Hotels in Lower Silesian, Poland

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Good location for the exit and exploration of Wrocław. It's nice that there are automatic rollers in the rooms and the reception available 24/7. The hotel includes a gym and a nano shop in the middle of the facility and a tuto santi restaurant with Italian food.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast. Gym, sauna, plunge pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Central location.

Good location, opposite the train station, convenient. The breakfast was good and the room was OK. We had two adults and one child, and they arranged a small single bed for me. It was probably for this bed that the front desk insisted on us paying an extra 35 zips when we checked in, which is about 70 RMB, 10% of the room rate. Although the money was not much, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was really rude and impolite... Fortunately, our Ctrip service staff handled it in time.

The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. The hotel was very clean and was very clean and was very good for both the room and breakfast. The only thing I would like was the daily cleaning service. I was 3 nights and nobody came to set beds, room, bathroom.

Very good hotel. There is a kitchenette and fridge, and the beds and bedding are comfortable. The location is good and I am happy with the service. I recommend it

Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, und das war für uns das wichtigste. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber bis auf eine Minibar alles was man erwartet. Sehr sauber und ruhig. Ein- und auschecken ging sehr schnell und freundlich, gibt ein absolutes Plus dafür. Preis/Leistung passten für uns absolut. Und wie gesagt haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.

Great location, great facilities and service. Only downside is my wife is claustrophobic and cannot use lifts.  There is no staircase inside to go up.  You have to be let in the staircase to go up via a member  of staff which means going outside the building.  You can come down the staircase on your own - no problem but end up coming down outside the building.  Whoever designed this needs to revisit their planning skills. Can easily walk to airport - 10 to 15 mins.
