Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English. Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working. If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price.

Все также чисто и красиво как на фото . Рядом магазин с нормальными ценами. До моря минут 10. Хороший вайфай. Связь по заселению через вотсап - тут никто не отвечал и мы запаниковали немного ) В номере не хватало плиты и разделочной доски ( ножей было аж 3) Вцелом я рекомендую . Останавливались на пару ночей .

A very pleasant hotel! It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and varied. We stayed for two days, and there were several types of eggs, sausage, ham, hot dogs, various cheeses, and vegetables. You can't try everything at once, so you can try something new every day and have variety. We were checked in early, somewhere around 11:30-11:00, which was very nice. Parking is nearby, which is very convenient since there really isn't anywhere else to park. The room was clean, the sheets and towels were white, and the bed was comfortable. There was a kettle. The bathroom fixtures were new and there were no odors. We would happily return to this hotel!

Pros: 1. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is truly well-kept and clean—that's the main plus. 2. Everything you need is there. I found all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. 3. Convenient location. Close to the beach, shops nearby—everything is convenient from that side. Cons (which are the crux of the entire vacation): 1. Constant road noise (24/7). The windows overlook the highway, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. It's also impossible to sit on the terrace because of the cars. 2. Soundproofing is like being under a microscope. It feels like your neighbors are sitting in the same room. I was especially ”lucky” when a hot couple checked in—they had a wild sex scene all night, and the soundproofing didn't help. 3. Renovations are underway starting from the second floor. From morning until late at night, they're scraping, drilling, and doing other things. They're a nuisance not only at night but also during the day. 4. There's nowhere to eat properly. There's no proper table. The coffee table is very small and low—it's uncomfortable to dine at. You can't tell from the terrace, as there's the same traffic noise. Bottom Line: The apartment is very clean and cozy, based on the picture alone, but due to the traffic, repairmen, and neighbors, I didn't get any sleep. It's only suitable for those with earplugs or who only plan to stay overnight under a sleep mask.

We stayed here for three days. We loved it. It was clean and tidy. New dishes, everything you need to cook lunch or dinner, and even coffee, they even brought coffee every day. Excellent service 👍 The location is convenient, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby. And there's a restaurant on the ground floor, also excellent 🙏 Thank you and we'll be back. The photo shows our mess on our third day 🤭

The view is beautiful, next to the supermarket and jazz beach For those on the car the most! There is still a Chinese restaurant

Overall, it is a good hostel. It was a bit noisy at night but overall it was good
