3-Star Hotels in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

We only had one night at the Aruba hotel, traveling through the area without a car. Arriving by a car would be a lot easier, but maybe another time. The straff gave us good service and a feeling of being welcome - extra point to the nice receptionist giving us help with taxi booking!

Pros: 1. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is truly well-kept and clean—that's the main plus. 2. Everything you need is there. I found all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. 3. Convenient location. Close to the beach, shops nearby—everything is convenient from that side. Cons (which are the crux of the entire vacation): 1. Constant road noise (24/7). The windows overlook the highway, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. It's also impossible to sit on the terrace because of the cars. 2. Soundproofing is like being under a microscope. It feels like your neighbors are sitting in the same room. I was especially ”lucky” when a hot couple checked in—they had a wild sex scene all night, and the soundproofing didn't help. 3. Renovations are underway starting from the second floor. From morning until late at night, they're scraping, drilling, and doing other things. They're a nuisance not only at night but also during the day. 4. There's nowhere to eat properly. There's no proper table. The coffee table is very small and low—it's uncomfortable to dine at. You can't tell from the terrace, as there's the same traffic noise. Bottom Line: The apartment is very clean and cozy, based on the picture alone, but due to the traffic, repairmen, and neighbors, I didn't get any sleep. It's only suitable for those with earplugs or who only plan to stay overnight under a sleep mask.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. The family running the apartments is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The pool area is absolutely amazing—clean, peaceful, and a great place to unwind. We spent a week here, and everything exceeded our expectations. Although there isn't much within walking distance, getting around is very easy if you have a car, and the local buses are a convenient option as well. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect holiday. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back!

Booked easily, place good, price too. When you arrived, I couldn't find for a long time, it turned out you came to the right place, just there was no administrator and plates. If you're not connected, it's a big minus. When I found a waifay, I called the wotsap and found a place. Sitting earlier than the specified time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. Goed to wash, found a strange towel in the bathroom. There were 2 sets on the bed, in the bathroom right on the hook hanging another one. It comes from 3 sets only one was clean. On the bed too is a spot, very many unpleasant details, furniture without pens, showers flow, soothes with corrugated plastic, torch wires. It was important for me to have the Internet, but the wifi didn't work. Write to the administrator , never fixed. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of the Internet I left to another place. Of the pluses: - quick settlement - free parking - clean room - comfortable eviction - the administrator is always on the phone - convenient location

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Location is good. I was able to check-in at noon, which was great since I arrived to Budva early. The guy at reception was nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, A/C worked well. There's a construction site in front of the hotel, but I had no issues with noise since my room was facing the opposite site of the building. On the downside, there was no shower gel (just shampoo and a soap bar), shower cabin was leaking, making the whole bathroom uncomfortably wet. WiFi was waaaay too slow (5 Mbps).

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall. The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped. Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips.

Нам супер понравилось расположение, путешествовали на машине и данные апартаменты для этого подошли идеально. Удобный выезд на главную дорогу, крытый гараж, где всегда есть свободные места. И в целом расположение в центре всех достопримечательностей. До Свети Стефана можно дойти пешком (около 40 минут), до Будвы (старого города) около 1 часа по набережной. В номере все довольно просто, но все есть) Девушка администратор заселила нас раньше, так как номер был готов к заселению уже в 10 утра (вместо 15:00), все показала, рассказала, моментально зарегистрировала в системе, прислала фото регистрации. Спасибо ей за теплый прием, мы остались очень довольны. Из минусов пожалуй, это только обновить посуду (сковородки старые и покрытие уже все слезло, на таком готовить нельзя уже. Тарелки требуют или замены или тщательной мойки в посудомоечной машине). В октябре была очень приятная цена на проживание. Рекомендуем! Черногория приятная визуально страна, все очень понравилось!
