3-Star Hotels in Budva Municipality, Montenegro

The facilities were good, so I extended my stay for another night. It's almost the cheapest accommodation in Budva, but the conditions are quite decent. There's a big supermarket called HDL a short walk down from the apartment, which is very convenient for shopping.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment. Close to the waterfront. Located in a shopping center. There's a large supermarket nearby. Fair prices and a wide selection. There's a large construction site nearby on the waterfront. Like almost the entire area. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM. There's parking downstairs for €15/day. Very convenient. Upon check-in, you'll receive a card that allows unlimited entry and exit throughout the day. The apartment itself has a small kitchen and a drying rack on the balcony. The only thing missing is a small dining table or a bar counter (there's plenty of space) and a lid for the frying pan. 🙂 The hosts are pleasant people; they tell you everything, greet you, and even go out of their way to accommodate you in some situations 👍🏻.

I am really had a wonderful stay at Villa Pedja zec. The rooms were nice, and incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens and great views with balcony. The Seka went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering excellent local recommendations. The location is 8 minute to the beach,m, and the a lot of Caffee and restaurants near. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return.”

Бродила по улице искала здание по фото, еле нашла но у меня написано Урбан, а на двери Стефан и телефон другой, полдня переписки с поддержкой и двумя телефонами, ресепшен электронный, в отеле персонала нет. Заселение в 14ч, я приехала раньше, хорошо что раньше к обеду только разобрались с ситуацией( а если бы приехала вечером могла бы и ночевать на улице. Всё что я хотела это оставить чемодан и уйти на море, но мне ответили, приходите в 14ч как положено (первый раз такое). За 4 ночи (5 дней) номер не разу не убирали, мусор не приносили, ни полотенце ни постель не меняли, в чате просила туалетную бумагу. Сам номер хороший, но кондиционер работал слабо не регулировался, уже не портила себе нервы по этому поводу. Терраса отличная, это и спасало ситуацию.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

Pros: 1. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is truly well-kept and clean—that's the main plus. 2. Everything you need is there. I found all the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking. 3. Convenient location. Close to the beach, shops nearby—everything is convenient from that side. Cons (which are the crux of the entire vacation): 1. Constant road noise (24/7). The windows overlook the highway, making it impossible to sleep with the window open. It's also impossible to sit on the terrace because of the cars. 2. Soundproofing is like being under a microscope. It feels like your neighbors are sitting in the same room. I was especially ”lucky” when a hot couple checked in—they had a wild sex scene all night, and the soundproofing didn't help. 3. Renovations are underway starting from the second floor. From morning until late at night, they're scraping, drilling, and doing other things. They're a nuisance not only at night but also during the day. 4. There's nowhere to eat properly. There's no proper table. The coffee table is very small and low—it's uncomfortable to dine at. You can't tell from the terrace, as there's the same traffic noise. Bottom Line: The apartment is very clean and cozy, based on the picture alone, but due to the traffic, repairmen, and neighbors, I didn't get any sleep. It's only suitable for those with earplugs or who only plan to stay overnight under a sleep mask.
