3-Star Hotels in Asturias, Spain

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main bus station, city and has free parking around. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small specially if you get a room on the top floor, they are modern and clean so it's quite comfy. I found that the air conditioner was quite loud and it would randomly start doing some really loud noises after around 20 minutes and would sometimes shutdown with an error E0. It would be nice if they had like a welcoming tray with a kettle and some instant coffee or teas, or even some water. The breakfast is very good, I found it to be even better than some larger 4 stars hotels.

Even though the hotel is not in Gijon city center, you can catch the train to Gijon that runs every 30 minutes if you don't have a car. The train station is right outside the backdoor of the hotel. Also there is a beautiful park and camping ground near the station. The room is pretty big and the bed is quite comfortable . Surprisingly, the breakfast has many items including bread, cake, cold cut, cheese, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. The dinner is also quite good and at very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Gijon area.

We arrived after midnight but that was no problem because there’s always someone at the reception. The hotel is in the centre of the historical town. Very kind staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well and all spotlessly clean. Pity that it was only for one night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sightseeing at walking distance.

Everything was good apart from wifi was not working at the time we were visiting, and I found out that when we arrived. We went there as it was a dog friendly hotel, but they charge more for the dogs than other dog friendly hotels.

El hotel está bien situado y en general no es malo, el problema es que para el precio que tiene la habitación es super reducida en cuanto a todo, he estado en hoteles que te ponían muchas más cosas y el espacio era más grande por un precio inferior y en Madrid, por tanto estoy descontento con ello, no quiero imaginarme si hubiera sido el Ibis Budget, porque si este me pareció así… El parking tiene un coste de 8€ por noche y el restaurante no lo probé. También, elegí habitación con camas individuales y lo puse en la reserva y han pasado olímpicamente de ello, no lo reclamé porque tampoco fue mayor problema, pero debí hacerlo. Desde luego no tengo ganas de pisar más un Ibis.

The Ibis Budget is in the north of Oviedo in a building with an Ibis. Apart from the rooms, everything is shared. Reception is on the first floor (elevator, photo), as is the in-house bar. There are different elevators for the Ibises. The budget room is smaller and uglier, you don't have a view of the mountains and it is also louder. Breakfast is pleasant, but only with instant coffee. Public parking next door, as well as an underground car park.

The hotel is very friendly and it is very good to have the check out at 12 am allowing quiet rest and **b allowed to store the luggage until later. Very useful.the q parking service offers

Excellent location, especially for those who need to go to the HUCA as you are less than 5 minutes walking, is a place with all kinds of services alongside that is very quiet.

Good hotel, modern design, location beautiful, the most center, 24-hour access to the hotel with the help of the app. I had a number 204, the only minus, that my window in the patio was opposite another room with the same big window, so you have to always close the curtain

Lovely place in the middle of the old town (no taxi or cars can reach it so last 50 m need to be walked). Lovely room with private bath and rustic wall. Very original & nice ”kitchenette”. Check in & out was easy.
