I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

The staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. A nice auntie server is nice and attentive. We are able to use the microwave to heat food we buy. There is free tea at the reception.
The morning market is a must visit which is walkable. Must ask along the way as is behind housing estate, not visible along the road.

It has just opened, everything is brand new and vibrant. The intelligent control is super powerful, the lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, and a comfortable atmosphere can be created with just a touch of your finger. The room is warmly decorated, the bedding is soft, and the facilities are brand new, so it is super safe to live in.
The hotel gym is fully equipped to meet different fitness needs, and there is no pressure after exercise.
Breakfast is a highlight, with rich variety and great taste, which can start a full day.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time.
This stay experience is great, and I will choose here again when I come to Xining in the future! Highly recommended to everyone!

My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

The front desk area was spotless, and the counter I touched during check-in had no dust whatsoever. In the room, I found the sheets and pillows perfectly neat and clean. Common items like the mouthwash cups and electric kettle were all sealed. The hallway had noise-reducing carpets, so I couldn't hear any disturbing sounds. When traveling, my requirements for hotels are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This hotel made me feel incredibly warm and attentive in every detail, from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue.
The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere.
When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home.
The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

This was my second stay at the Yushu Four Seasons Hotel in two days. The experience was truly wonderful and I have to give it a thumbs up!
First, let me highlight the service. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available for any requests, and their friendly and welcoming attitude made it feel incredibly comfortable.
The room was impeccable—clean and tidy, making for a truly comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the oxygen concentrator. The oxygen supply was plentiful, which is crucial in a place like Yushu, completely eliminating any worries.
This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Yushu!
