3-Star Hotels in Qinghai, China

The facilities are complete and the stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very attentive. The shower was excellent. It's very close to the train station, and getting a taxi is convenient. There are also a few snack shops nearby. The breakfast is abundant, and the price is affordable.

This was my first time staying in Xining; usually, I just passed through on road trips. I booked this hotel because it was close to the Provincial People's Hospital, where I had some business. I got the largest room. After registering my phone number at the front desk, I could use a WeChat mini-program to open the door and even control the room lights. Everyone says hotels in Xining don't have air conditioning, but this one actually does – good foresight, I guess! The front desk service was excellent. I asked for recommendations for places to visit, and after work, I walked to the nearby Xiaguan Night Market. It was within walking distance, and I ate so much I was stuffed when I got back. I've already saved this hotel on my phone's map for future reference.

I stayed at this hotel both before and after my Grand Loop trip. My first stay was great, so I booked the same room again. However, this time the facilities were different—no smart toilet, and the shower leaked, flooding the bathroom after I showered. The toilet door was also faulty; once locked, it was incredibly difficult to open! It's hard to give a good review after this experience.

Four Hong Kong tourists in one car drove to Qinghai Lake and stayed at a very comfortable hotel for two nights. The owner was really nice! To make it easier for us, they upgraded our room to a room on the first floor. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a view of the vast grassland. There was also an elevator. Qinghai Lake was right outside the door, and it was very convenient to walk to the scenic area entrance. There were also restaurants and breakfasts right outside the hotel. It was also convenient to drive to Riyue Mountain. We would definitely stay here again if we were passing by!

Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, fully equipped with disposable amenities. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and the owner was excellent. Because I was looking after an elderly person, they even upgraded my room for free! They also offer room service, which was a pleasant surprise. As someone from the south, I was thrilled to finally eat something beyond just ramen, beef, and lamb. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too.

The hotel is near Mojia Street, and it's a 15-minute walk to Xiaguan Night Market! Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! It's a shame they are so strict about the start time though. The door was locked until opening, so we had to stand outside and wait. We even missed breakfast on the first day because of this and had to leave hungry. It would be much better if they offered packed breakfasts for guests going on early day trips or catching early flights!

The moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by a faint, refreshing scent of disinfectant mixed with air freshener. The front desk area was spotless, and the counter I touched during check-in had no dust whatsoever. In the room, I found the sheets and pillows perfectly neat and clean. Common items like the mouthwash cups and electric kettle were all sealed. The hallway had noise-reducing carpets, so I couldn't hear any disturbing sounds. The overall environment made me feel very secure.

This hotel was a delightful surprise throughout my trip, completely exceeding my expectations. I wholeheartedly want to give it a perfect score! When traveling, my requirements for hotels are cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. This hotel made me feel incredibly warm and attentive in every detail, from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and smooth. She even proactively reminded me of nearby attractions, breakfast times, and travel tips, her gentle and caring tone instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The room was even more reassuring. It was reassuringly clean, with every corner neatly arranged, free of dust and odors. The bed was soft and comfortable, incredibly relaxing, and the soundproofing was excellent, providing a quiet and restful night's sleep – the most restful night's sleep of the entire trip. The room facilities were all new, the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly, and toiletries were provided. You could feel the hotel's attention to detail everywhere. When I needed anything, I contacted the front desk, and the staff responded promptly and patiently, without any sign of impatience. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are spotless. Staying here makes me feel incredibly safe, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Instead, it feels like a comfortable temporary home. The price-performance ratio is truly exceptional. It's perfect for solo travelers, groups of friends, or families. This is the kind of hotel you'd want to return to and genuinely recommend. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone. A stay here is guaranteed to be a safe and comfortable experience!
