3-Star Hotels in Hebei, China

The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but they are still clean and tidy. The location is very close to the Mountain Resort, and it's convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel itself has limited parking, so during peak season, you might need to park on a nearby side street. Despite these minor flaws, service quality is definitely the top priority in the hospitality industry. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, from proactively reaching out to add a personal concierge, to helping with luggage, assisting with parking, and providing travel advice – they were meticulously thorough in every detail. While the hardware facilities might not earn a perfect score, their work attitude absolutely deserves a five-star rating.

Had a truly wonderful trip to Beidaihe! We arrived at the hotel around 9 PM, and the front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The room was spacious. When we discovered the hairdryer was broken, they promptly replaced it for us. As we were leaving, they even gave us a pack of local specialties. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beidaihe!

The price was reasonable, but the room smell and water leaking outside the shower booth were inconvenient. Also, the front desk staff were not very friendly during my visit.

Our first stay was in early November, and we returned again for Children's Day this year and were very satisfied. The beach is just 20 meters from the hotel, giving it an exclusive feel. The lobby on the first floor even has a foot-washing pool right as you enter, complete with small shovels and buckets – they really thought of everything! When you're tired from playing, you can head back to the hotel to relax, it's so comfortable! Parking right outside the door is also very convenient!

The hotel was pretty clean, quiet and the room has very good smell, the tv has good programs, I highly recommend this hotel to whoever wants to visit Shijiazhuang

By the way, I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is large and the environment is very good, especially the front desk service is super super super good!!!! YoYO check-in is fast, the room is fully equipped, and the bed is very comfortable, which is very good!

Very good stay experience, the hotel is fully equipped, with washing machine, dryer, gym, restaurant, everything is available. The room is also very clean, the hotel has its own yard, parking is super convenient. The location is also very good, not far from the restaurant, economical and affordable, and then walk about 10 minutes to the ancient city building of Xuanhua. But the most important thing is that the handsome boss of the hotel is very atmospheric, the hotel mineral water is placed in the corridor, everyone can use it. Before leaving, there are small gifts to send, really arrogant!

It's been a while since I last stayed in a hotel of this category: mammoth-sized with hundreds of rooms, endless amenities and army of staff. While this category of hotels considers itself mid-range, from my perspective they are almost always overpriced. Not this one! I found it more than affordable and I would definitely stay longer or would come again when the chance comes. I enjoyed the feel of anonimity granted by the size of the establishment, the size of my room and bed, as well as the location. It was clean, especially for China, and well equipped with amenities. I had a great rest there.

Mandu has been my top choice for beachside stays for the past year! The location is unbeatable, super close to the beach, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. What really stands out is how clean the rooms are. The front desk staff are all very friendly and accommodating. A special shout-out to one particular gentleman – he's incredibly attentive to guests. We've visited a few times now, and he always recognizes us from our reservations, which is incredibly touching.
