The hotel was advertising with a swimming pool, and at the arrival we heard it was closed and converted into sports room, both were not accessible now, which was very sad, and the bathroom was not very clean and well maintained. The comfort of the bed was great, and the dinner in the restaurant was very good.

I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

Close to Brussels South Charleroi Airport. We requested hotel shuttle which was 10 euro per person and were sent to hotel in 15 minutes. The bathroom is kind of small, except this all is good.

It was very kind to get you. Nice spacious rooms and with kitchenette and refrigerator is certainly a plus point We were very happy that we could have a joint space to play a company game with friends Breakfast is complementary (not very clearly when booking) to pay but certainly the hardship worth The only point of decline during our stay was the absence of a cleaning round (we had booked 2 nights), not so much that a cleaning round was so urgently needed but the room of our friends had been cleaning ... We had rooms in The Commission has not yet taken a decision on the introduction of the new system of the Community.

Very close to the main street. Clean an beautiful inside. This is a fitness center at the ground floor but we haven't made use of it. It was amazing to see my name on the TV when I stapped into the room. The reception is very friendly and provided service at a professional way. Highly suggested.

In fact, it is quite a simple hotel, with wooden floors, thin quilts, no slippers, no kettle, no refrigerator. There is central air conditioning, but I want to adjust the temperature to a higher temperature. It can only be 26 degrees. The toilet is tiled. Don't walk barefoot when in the water, as it's easy to fall. If you don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, you need to bring your own slippers. The bathroom has three-in-one shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer and WI-FI. It's on the small sign at the front desk. I took a picture. Yes, there is the train station opposite, which is very convenient if you want to go to the center of Brussels.
