My stay here was excellent. The hotel's overall environment was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were complete, making for a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and dine nearby. The staff's service attitude was great, and the overall check-in process was smooth. The room's cleanliness and comfort were satisfying. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending. I will certainly consider staying here again if I have the chance in the future! ✨

I just stayed at this hotel and honestly, I'm really satisfied. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning was cold, and most importantly, the bathroom was in tip-top condition. The view from the room was also beautiful, especially at night – it had a completely different vibe. Facilities were comprehensive too – there's a swimming pool, a gym, and a nice, relaxing area to hang out. If you like taking photos, there are plenty of interesting spots. The breakfast food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. From local to Western dishes, everything was available, and I really enjoyed the meal.

Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Garden Genting. Our room was incredibly spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The absolute highlight was the heated rooftop swimming pool on Level 41—it was perfect for the cool weather, and the mountain views while swimming were absolutely stunning! Unbeatable value for money. We will definitely come back!

Overall, a pleasant stay at Copthorne Cameron Highlands. The room was comfortable and the overall facilities and service were good. The only thing I was not satisfied with was that the room was still not ready when I arrived for check-in at around 6:30 PM, which was quite disappointing after a long journey. Other than that, everything was generally good and I had an enjoyable stay. Overall, I would still consider staying here again.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

Overall, we had a pleasant family stay at Holiday Villa Cherating. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was ample parking space available. The kids really enjoyed the water playground, although it is on the smaller side, and the main swimming pool was great as well. Breakfast was simple with limited options, but reasonable and expected for a 3-star resort. Recommended for a short family getaway!

This hotel has very good location, middle of the town, easy access to mall, 2 min walk as it is in front of the hotel..the room is spacious, all is good until i tried the sink a bit tersumbat, and safety box out of battery…so requested to change the room but the manager denied ans asked maintenance to check first, eventually after check, as i was saying, that room problem, lucky i got another room that solve this issue But i think thus hotel need to improve of all of their rooms..safety box and the sink especially, the rest still in order .. Anyway, this hotel still have very good demand ..;)

Love the room.. we enjoyed it very much.. Very spacious, complete amenities and has a bathtub. Good view and tv has Netflix and YouTube. Bath amenities, love the heavenly manly sandalwood scent… :) There’s a small mall below it.. Property has a lot of facilities which I love. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Need to make bookings for some and it is chargeable. Not easy if you can’t make a swift transfer. Shower pressure is not good though and lighting is a bit too dim especially in the bathroom. Ample parking but it is chargeable at RM5.30 per day. Location however is a big downer as it is about 20mins walk to the main area via a sheltered slight uphill walkway. Overall, I will stay again and will recommend. I just hope they can maintain this place well or it’ll be a waste.

I requested a high-level room with a Genting or mountain view through the app, but I ended up with a building view. I arrived early at 12 PM to request again at the reception, but they said I couldn't check in until 2:30 PM at the earliest. So I walked around, and when I came back at 2 PM, people were already lining up to check in. When it was my turn, I got a room on level 43 with a building view. I couldn't even pay extra to change rooms. I'm definitely not coming back to Wyndham. I paid 1k for 3 days and 2 nights. It would be better to go to the homestay next to Wyndham, which costs just over 400 for 3 days and 2 nights and at least I wouldn't be as disappointed with this kind of view. The service was also slow. I requested an iron and board from room service at 6:30 AM and only got it after 8 AM, and that was after calling 4-5 times.
