I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The facilities were clean and well looked after, and everything contributed to a pleasant stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. It offers great value for money, excellent comfort, and a convenient location. 1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

Had a great stay in swiss garden hotel. The location is great at mid mountain, and easy to book a grab with only 20 mins ride away from genting first world. The hotel is also near premium outlet. Room is spacious with good view, staffs are helpful and courteous. Only thing that may not be nice for me is the shower. It only has rain shower without the handed one. Its just my preference to use the hand shower. But overall it was an awesome stay!

A bit dissapointed during check in. I know they use numbering system but during peak hours I can say one of the counter served one person who not take any ticket number to check in. When I saw the QMT, it should be my turn to be serve. Then when i questioned the other counter, she said she will call by number. I'm regular customer to this hotel. If this hotel using new system, please apply it equally to all customer and staff. Please take this seriously. Shower head in the bathroom need to be check regularly cuz my room seems like broken. One more thing, please improve your buffet nasi lemak sambal cuz it taste awful. Too cair.

Returned to this hotel after 10 years. Many changes, especially the pool. We stayed in a deluxe room. The room was quite spacious and clean, though the lighting was a bit dim. The water pressure was strong, which made for a pleasant shower. The mattress and pillows were just average. Breakfast was also just average with limited choices. The bellboy was excellent; he helped us carry all our luggage without complaint, even using the stairs since there's no elevator to my room's building. It was fine though. We'll definitely be back because the kids loved the pool.

Love the hotel, love the views😍 good for relaxing and quiet surroundings👍 rooms are spacious with complete amenities, lots if entertainment such as pool, gym, bowling, billiard, many restaurants below the apartment, but not entirely open yet, However for family with young kids & elderly, keep in mind that the walking distance from Antara to skyworld or main building of genting arena is about 20 mins and uphill, they do provide buggy car but only a short distance, grab takes some time to come, but other than that everything else is beautiful❤️

The door lock was a bit faulty, it wouldn't close securely and kept making strange noises at night, disturbing my sleep!

The suite was good and spacious. It has balcony and the facility around that area is quite good. The view also nice. There is a few cafe to choose from, and retail outlet like The News and KK Mart outlet. There are basic room item provided such as iron and iron board, slippers, toothbrush, soap & Shampoo, kettle, coffee & tea, mugs, TV, safety box and hair dryer, but there is no mineral/drinking water, small fridge or microwave provided. However the check in is quite tricky as you may find the person arranging check in staying in the alley nearby The News outlet, there is no proper reception counter available. The customer service will not answer your call. They only reply via what's app so do not bother to call, you may get scolded by the lady who answered. This can be said as not a hotel service, so do not expect that kind of services from this provider. It is more like AirBnB style. However it was a nice stay just during the night i don't know why there is strange shouting and yelling and disturbing sound once in a while came out from nowhere. so it's quite disturbing my sleep a few time wake up in a shock hearing something unwelcoming sound. But if your ear is sound proof while sleeping i think it will not becoming a problem to you.

Kuantan is a very pleasant city, and this hotel lives up to that. You can usually count on Marriott. There's no Chinese-speaking staff, but the breakfast is excellent. It's a nice touch that you can take a drink with you when you leave.
