Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

Thank you to the management of this resort, especially Mr. Shahidan, who is friendly and always checks if there are any shortcomings. Mr. Jalil also was very friendly and ver2 helpful in many matters, from the registration process, arranging our room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and even lending me a ball to play at the beach and as well as other matters throughout my family’s stay until we checked out. At the café,Mr. Shahrizal provided useful information and assisted us with the good breakfast arrangements, This is my third time staying here. There have been many improvements made by the management based on the feedback I gave during my previous stays, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely come again in the future. I would also like to thank the other staff, especially the security guard who helped me with delivering our bags to the room. The resort atmosphere is calm and clean, the café is beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities provided—such as the gym, kids’ pool, and clean restrooms—are excellent. The beach is also peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Good job and Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First of all, I want to thank every staff member at Tunamaya for their hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service to guests. Secondly, I'd like to express my gratitude to the wonderful chefs who cooked absolutely everything deliciously! Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy fresh, grilled seafood! Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. Our 3-day, 2-night family vacation was very satisfying. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was also very satisfying for the price paid. What was most satisfying was that the hotel management generously provided complimentary room decorations for our child's 4th birthday. Thank you to hotel staff member Zai who helped make our arrangements smooth. God willing, we will repeat our stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highland and other branches. 👍

location wise, im very very grateful. walking disrance to kea farm and restaurants. for the service, i was quite annoyed with the numbering system used during the check in time. its a long waiting time and i felt like i was at the bank, not the hotel for vacation due to the number. for the amenities, i quite suprised they didnt provide iron in each room. instead we had to use iron n iron board at the provided area which is very uncomfortable and scary. we would prefer they provide us iron at own room upon request if they didnt have much budget to give iron each room.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

We had a lovely family stay at Holiday Villa Cherating. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere and is located right by the beach, which makes it perfect for a short family getaway. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the kids’ facilities — definitely a plus when travelling with children. The surroundings are peaceful and spacious, and it was nice to just relax and spend quality time with the family. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. A good choice for families looking for a beach getaway in Cherating. Would definitely consider coming back again!

Locations super strategic and walking distance to shopping mall. Booked for family suite, however below my expectations and not value for price since every year we stay here during raya holiday with different type of rooms. Breakfast just average since we came at 9am which most of foods not restock and bfreakfast will end at 10am. Can be more improved since we believe this hotel was rated at 5 stars.

Super happy and very satisfied.. the room was beautiful and neat.. although slightly disappointed we only got the 17th floor 🤣🤣.. missed out on the sea of clouds view 🥹.. The best part was how easy it was to get to SkyWorlds.. just take the Antara bridge… overall it was great 👍🏻👍🏻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the beautiful view from the room and being on a higher floor made the experience even better. 🌆✨ The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Definitely a great place to stay, and I would love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️
