The large public bath with a great view of Okazaki Castle was amazing, the rooms were very clean, and it was a great hotel close to Higashi-Okazaki Station! I'd love to come again!

Pictures advertised don’t match up to what was received, filled in a booking for 2 adults and a child however the room was not made up in accordance to the picture showing 3 beds in the advertisement. When we asked they required a payment for this. When told they were misleading they very firmly advised “thank you for understanding. Sorry if you want the extra bed you have to pay” After reaching out to trip.com customer service they asked us to pay for the bed and would reimburse us. Bed was eventually made on our second day when it was previously a sofa. Hotel was unremarkable apart from being perfectly located in Nagoya station complex.

The views are fantastic, and the facilities are quite new. The bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip. The only minor drawback is that getting around is a bit inconvenient; although there's a direct monorail line, the transfer at Nagoya Hub Station is a very long walk. It would actually be quicker to just walk directly between the hotel and the hub station.

The Nikko Style Nagoya is a truly wonderful hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby feels modern, warm and cosy. It is not your typical hotel in Japan. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff at the reception were very helpful and spoke good English. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, comfortable and clean, although the bed is a little too firm for me. The buffet breakfast has a good variety, with plenty of local specialties. There is a choice of main course and I highly recommend the Japanese fish option. My only negative comment is that my used plates were not cleared quickly enough, despite the waiter walking past my table a couple of times. The location is about 12 minutes away on foot from Nagoya Stain and 20 minutes on foot from the Sakae shopping area, but there are plenty of interesting small restaurants close by. The price I paid was reasonable for the product and service offered. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel waiters are very enthusiastic! Very attentive communication service! The room facilities are also very complete, and the bed is big enough for two people to sleep comfortably! You can communicate with the front desk in advance before leaving and ask them to call a taxi. All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay.

This hotel is directly connected to the JR station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the guest rooms. Plus, there's a FamilyMart and a relatively larger convenience store right inside the station. While Google lists it as a 3-star hotel, it's rated as 5-diamond on Ctrip. Objectively speaking, it's much better than other 3-star hotels in terms of both room size and facilities. The TV is large and new, and the bathroom is also spacious. I heard the breakfast is fantastic, but since my room didn't include it, I didn't get a chance to try it.

Transportation: Super convenient. I took a bus directly from Nagoya Airport to Sakae, and it was just two streets away. The hotel is located in the Chunichi Building, which makes shopping, sightseeing, and dining incredibly easy. You can even go up to the 7th floor observation deck to see Nagoya Tower. Facilities: Since I only stayed one night, I didn't have time to experience the public bath. However, I did go to the gym in the morning. It has 2 treadmills, a stationary bike, and a chest press machine. All the equipment, which is Technogym, was very well-maintained. Ambiance: The decor is very modern. The room wasn't large, but it was compact and had everything I needed, including many 'mystery' switches! The view from the room was amazing, directly overlooking the Central Park green space. Service: The front desk staff member spoke good English and was very kind. All the staff provided excellent, typical Japanese service. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Nagoya.

Considering Tokyo's accommodation prices and standards, this place was an absolute steal! I wish I'd known; I would have taken a late Shinkansen and stayed an extra night, saving myself 500 yen. Pros: The price was right, and the decor was lovely. From what I saw, it seems to be considered a 4-star in Japan. The service was very warm; staff greeted you upon entering and leaving. There was a welcome gift, complimentary drinks and coffee, and a microwave for heating food. Plus, free access to the public bath – a shame I arrived late and was too tired to go. The interior had a nice, distinctive style, and there was an air purifier in the room. It's not far from Nagoya Station, and right next to the Meitetsu Department Store (main building, 9th floor), which houses several of Nagoya's characteristic old restaurants, though there might be a queue. Cons: It's a bit of a walk from Nagoya Station, a good 10 minutes that requires a bit of navigation. If you're coming from the airport, it's an extra 3-minute walk from Meitetsu Nagoya Station, but once you're familiar with the area, it feels quite close. Overall, highly recommended.

The room is spacious and well equipped. It's a bit far from Nagoya station and not many buses around the hotel. It's a bit inconvenient. There's shuttle bus available in the morning on weekdays. Longer service time on weekends. Maybe the hotel is busy, the lounge staff wasn't too friendly. I have short hair but I found a long hair on my bed under the blanket. The bedsheet has some black colour fabric fibers but I wore light colour pajamas.

Great hotel just a 10-minute walk from Chubu Centrair Airport and right next to the ferry terminal, with a lovely sea view from our twin room. The American retro style gives the place a very chill and cozy vibe. We stayed here for one night with two elderly family members after arriving late at the airport, and it was a very comfortable and convenient choice. The breakfast buffet was delicious — not a huge selection, but everything was high quality, which was perfect for a picky eater like me. I would happily stay here again.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great! From the central exit of Nagoya Subway Station, turn right, go down two sets of stairs, and you'll find an elevator lobby. Take that elevator to the 1st floor, then switch to the elevator across from it to the 11th-floor lobby for check-in. I was relieved that my large suitcase could open and lay flat in the room, and there was also a full-length mirror. The cleanliness was excellent, with no strange odors. My room faced the street, but it wasn't noisy, and I could see the TV Tower across the way. Taking the elevator directly to the 3rd floor leads you to the bus station, which is very convenient for traveling to other cities. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi was unstable and would disconnect automatically.

GGuest UserService: Impeccable. For breakfast, the Eggs Benedict and avocado toast from the à la carte menu were both delicious. The omelet was very tender. It's also conveniently located near Matsuzakaya, making it easy to enjoy hitsumabushi (eel three ways), tonkatsu, and wagyu beef.

CCunchangLocated right above Nagoya Station, this hotel has been around for over 10 years, but its facilities are so well-maintained, it still feels brand new. The best part is the incredible convenience for getting around; you can hop on the subway, JR, or Shinkansen directly, saving a lot on taxi fares. The famous Takashimaya department store is also in the same building, spanning floors 1 to 11, with floors 12 and 13 dedicated to dining, offering a wide array of Nagoya's culinary delights.

NNatesterA fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

GGuest UserExcellent value for over 1600. The front desk staff spoke good English and gave us a room with a view facing Legoland. The hotel facilities are very kid-friendly, and the restaurant serves food that children love. Don't forget to open the safe in your room – it comes with a bag of LEGO toys! For dining, I recommend the street behind the hotel, Maker's Pier, which offers a wide variety of choices. The hotel also has a children's pool where kids can play and even build their own life raft. Be sure to book in advance; reservations for the afternoon or evening slots open at 12 PM, and each session is 30 minutes long. There's also a small children's playground next to the restaurant.

OoncadadIt was wonderful stay in Nagoya Tokyu Hotel. The building is not new and the room isn’t new but everything is good for our stay. We enjoyed Western and Japanese breakfasts during our stay. One thing that impressed us is that the hotel started breakfast at 4 am in the Nagoya marathon day.. So, it wasn’t expected. Thank you for the hotel. The room service menus are typical Nagoya specialties. Even though the food prices were a bit high, we had to order the foods because we couldn’t walk around after marathon running.
