I was here for the Jishukan High School Jishusai festival and forgot my slippers, so I just wore the hotel's. My room had a direct view of Toyohashi Station platforms, but the soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear any noise at all. The breakfast was quite extensive and very delicious. Not only did it have all the usual offerings, but also local specialties like Toyohashi curry udon and chikuwa (fish cakes), and there were even two different kinds of chikuwa! They were really tasty, and it meant I didn't have to go out and buy the now-pricier chikuwa. My only slight disappointment was that the curry udon was cold. Also, the entrance on the first floor that connects to the station was under renovation, and it wasn't as obvious, similar to the steps where Lao Ba eats takoyaki.

The mattress was very comfortable; I slept soundly during our two-night stay with my family of three. It’s a nice hotel, quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting here from Centrair airport is super convenient – just one direct bus stop, no need to transfer to the subway. Just a heads-up, make sure to check the bus schedule carefully. We missed our bus by literally a minute and even ran to the wrong exit. We watched it pull away right on time, not a second late. I was so out of breath from running but still couldn't make it – quite an unforgettable experience!

I stayed after the night pool in Laguna. Since the toll road will be closed at 20:00, I had to check in by then, so I was harassed before staying, but after check-in, I was kind and polite to serve customers. Even though I arrived late, I was very impressed with the detailed response such as confirming the breakfast the next morning. From this year, I was convinced that I could see my best in the renewal. In addition, the service of pear 🍐 and the water area are renovated and beautiful, and the price is cheap and very satisfied. Thank you very much for your help this time. I stayed at this hotel on the first day of my trip. The overall facilities were very nice and the service was great. The room was also very clean, and the lounge was especially impressive. Guests were able to use it for free within a set time, and it was great to be able to relax while enjoying various alcoholic beverages and coffee. The gym facilities were also great. If I visit Toyohashi again, I would like to stay a little longer. Thank you!

The location and convenience is unbeatable. You can buy gifts, ample choice of f&b, Mart and commute with ease. The hotel lobby has both human and robot security, making late shopping safe. The scenery from the room is amazing! Will stay again in future.

We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

I've been to Nagoya two or three times, and passed by this hotel several times. I never chose it before because I felt it had a somewhat heavy, dated vibe. This time, almost all hotels in Nagoya had significantly increased their prices, and this one happened to be a good value, so I stayed. Upon entering, I immediately felt the 'old money' aesthetic mentioned online. The staff greeted me proactively, and the hotel perfectly met my booking requests for a quiet room away from the elevator, which was great. The check-in lounge on the 6th floor felt quite luxurious, and my stored luggage had already been placed in the room – an experience comparable to St. Regis. The room facilities looked a bit aged but were exceptionally clean. Aside from the soundproofing being slightly less than perfect, everything else was very satisfying. The check-out experience was also excellent, with staff actively assisting whenever needed, making the process super quick. Full marks!

The location is excellent, and the family room for four was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the luggage courier service—highly recommended! Ms. Saito was exceptionally patient and assisted us with care, helping to arrange the transportation of eight pieces of luggage to Tokyo seamlessly.

We booked a twin room, and it was very clean, though not large. We could still open our 26-inch suitcase. There were no toiletries in the room, but you could pick them up from a cart in the lobby. The service was excellent; they helped us with directions, printed a map, and even drew out a route for us. Overall, the hotel itself is great. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the station. If you're traveling light, you can use the underground passage, but with luggage, the stairs can be a bit challenging. On our way back on a rainy day, the staff kindly helped us call a taxi to Nagoya Station.

The 32-square-meter room with three beds was an acceptable size. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite. Although there was no Chinese service, their English was good. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation. The only downside was the slightly long 15-minute walk from Nagoya Station (according to Google Maps); I later found that getting off at Fushimi Station would have been a much quicker walk. Nearby, you'll find a Don Quijote, Life Supermarket, and a selection of specialty restaurants. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.
