GGuest UserVery cosy atmosphere even the hotel is a little bit in the age. The quality of breakfast is good 👏. Not a huge variety but very good made. A little bit pity is the bar not open on Sunday, so we had to go to outside to search drink.

GGuest UserPOS: very central location 50 mtr from ****** and beach; historical building with old charm; quite big but with a family atmosphere; (my) room recently renovated; pleasant bar area; quiet; considering location reasonably priced.
NEG: elavator super slow, tiny and shaky at times (7 floors); bathroom good but shower itself clumsy; staff could use some extra training ＞ in 4 days' stay there was always something not done or missing, and worst of all in spite of plenty of mgmt messages to save energy, in 2/4 days we came back late night and aircon had been switched on (by staff, not us), on a day it was barely 20 degrees, meaning complete waste of energy, and cost.

2205232****The hotel facilities are OK. It is a bicycle-themed hotel, which is quite creative. It was probably founded by a famous European cycling champion. Overall, it is good!

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

QQudaxiaThis was the most satisfying hotel of my trip to the Netherlands and Belgium. It's located in the city center, with beautiful scenery right outside the door. The hotel's environment, cleanliness, facilities, and service were all excellent. The breakfast, in particular, had a wide variety of options and flavors, which was fantastic! 👍🏻 Definitely worth coming back to!

GGuest UserFriendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

However, there is no AC (the room temperature stayed 25°C during the whole stay; even though we set it to 19°C).
The floor is a carpet which does not get cleaned often: dusty and there were stains on the carpet.
Also there was a dead animal (probably a spider or a bug) on the floor at a corner …
Personably, we won’t go there again…

MMyra’sThe hotel located in the heart of Bruges. The lounge and hotel itself is very grand with beautiful decoration. Room is nice and staff are friendly. Highly recommended.
