This hotel location is very strategic at the center of town, near to night market, very happening night street. Seaside just beside the hotel infinity pool, souvenir shop also within the hotel area, prices are reasonable. Room size is very big with huge balcony which can carry a sea side party. The room is clean with welcome tea cakes, fruits and mix nuts serve for free. Facilities are new and clean. Overall enjoy the stay here, as the staff are also very helpful from the arrangement of free spa, transport for getting to street and also shuttle bus for airport transfer, they even provide takeaway service for our breakfast during our departure.

Decent hotel, but I don't think it'll last. There's nothing around the area, and Sao Beach was a letdown. The sea itself is nice and clean, but the beach is a dump, with piles of trash and in a very neglected state. It's convenient that they offer on-demand pick-up and drop-off from there, though. The pool is large and good, it's quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is average, but there's enough variety to choose from. Feeding the carp in the pond during meals is especially entertaining.

The Location isnt within walking distance to anything but very easy to get around to places with a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful, the resort is big enough to not need to leave for a few days, maybe even a week ! Multiple pools and sunbeds that we didnt have to fight for, drinks and food can be delivered to the sun loungers, even at the beach. The beach club was amazing and has views of the pool and the sunset ! I recommend going there ! It seemed easy for parents to do their thing whilst their kids play in the water and a very safe atmosphere, but also as someone who doesnt have kids, they have enough areas where you dont feel surround by children and families as well. The gym is great ! They also have various classes for adults everyday at different locations around the resort. There are multiple restaurants and happy hour every evening at the beach club. Breakfast was fine - theres variety but also the same options everyday, plenty to choose from but not much day to day variety - the egg station is great ! Any kind of egg any kind of way ! - Just make sure to go early to breakfast because it gets INSANELY BUSY from around 9am , people literally fighting over watermelon chunks. Chocolate hour is really fun ! But again everyone fights for those watermelon chunks even though there are endless plates of them ... but its a free hour with chocolate fountains so not too much to complain about there ! All the restaurants are great and one of them does a different BBQ style buffet meal each evening, theres also live singers and foam parties - theres so much going on and sometimes different every single day ! Had a great time, a really lovely resort overall ! (P.s they even left a birthday cake upon arrival! So kind!)

The environment is great, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. I had a very relaxing two days at Ocean Bay. The front desk staff all spoke good English, which made communication easy. Overall, it's quite far from the city center and night markets, but the breakfast was delicious and the sea view was beautiful. Seriously, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so be sure to prepare beforehand.

The place is very convenient as it is very near the beach(300 meters away). The location is very near to the night market. Around the hotel are also many eateries and spa wellness centre. The breakfast can be improved with more choices and variety. The room may need to do a major revamp or renovation as some areas are quite rundown or old. Overall is a good experience to stay there.

I booked a stay at Night Sea Hotel for my sister’s birthday, and the experience was amazing. I requested a birthday decoration in her room, and the hotel team really delivered. The decorations were beautiful and created such a lovely surprise for her. They even prepared a birthday cake as a gift, which made her day even more special. My sister was truly happy, and I really appreciate the thoughtful effort from the hotel. Thank you, Night Sea Hotel, for making her birthday unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel during our New Year trip with family, and it was such a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely amazing — directly connected to the beach with its own private beach area, which made everything feel exclusive and relaxing. There’s also a lovely café by the beach where we could just sit back, enjoy the view, and chill together. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food options, so everyone in the family could find something they liked. Another big plus is how convenient the location is — it’s close to the bus station and within walking distance to the night food market, which made exploring and finding dinner so easy. Overall, it was a perfect place for a family get away, especially during the New Year holiday. We would definitely love to come back!

The Good: If you like waking up to the sounds of waves crashing, this is the perfect place for you. Rooms of the ocean view provides an obstructed wide view of said ocean. My room was generally quiet with minimal noise from other occupants. Gym was small but relatively adequate. Did not try out the complimentary spa service. Easy to find location for grab cars. Complimentary airport transfer and luggage care. The Not-so-Good: Water pressure was not sufficient in the showers sometimes. And the temperature of the water fluctuates, the indicator would be on ”cold”, but it's steaming hot water that comes out, so be mindful to observe the water temperature. Given that my room is all the way up, I imagine any heavy rain or thunderstorm would be quite the experience for the traveller so be mindful of the weather when making a reservation. (Luckily the weather was clear during my stay)

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. However, what made my experience truly unforgettable was the outstanding service — especially from Andy. After I had already left the hotel and traveled to another city in Vietnam, I realized I had forgotten my earphones in the room. Andy went above and beyond to help me. He personally searched for a reliable shipping company, arranged everything quickly, and made sure my earphones reached me just in time before I left Vietnam. His dedication, kindness, and professionalism are rare to find. I am deeply grateful for his help and for the hotel’s excellent service. Highly recommended in every way!

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this hotel as a family. We rented two rooms. The hotel is new. No more than two years after the opening. The description of the hotel and rooms fully corresponds to the website. I must say right away that the hotel can be rated five out of five, everything else is not the fault of the hotel and its service. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. It is not surprising that suddenly reconstruction and equipment for a new tourist facility (hotel, shop, restaurant, etc.) can begin in neighboring buildings, but we must pay tribute to the fact that the silence regime is still observed. This is Saturday and Sunday, a complete ban, repairs are possible only from 8:00 to 11:00 from 13:00 to 17:00. HL Melody in the neighboring block is completing reconstruction for its own apartments, that is, it is expanding its offer. It is said that everything will be finished by March 2026. But I repeat, it's everywhere on the island and on Khem in particular. If you think that hotels such as La Grotta, All Sand, Paralia, ANN and others of this class of hotels will be better, then you are mistaken. Construction and reconstruction are going on everywhere. Unlike these hotels, the location of HL is much better, far from the noise of the crowd of vacationers, the noise of passing cars and bikes. Khem Beach is a 10-minute slow walk away. The windows of rooms 101, 201, 301, and so on overlook the rainforest. At night, we turned off the air conditioner and slept with the windows open in complete silence. In the morning, we were only bothered by the roosters of the neighboring village and the forest birds. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. HL Melody service: very good. The Ngoan concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: new and clean. Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels are changed every day. The linen is all snow-white and dry. Please note that there is an error in the description of one of the rooms. There is only one kitchen for self-catering and breakfast on the ground floor. In the lobby there is a stove, refrigerator, dishes, professional coffee machine, water, drinks, Two bicycles in free use. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. There's an elevator in the hotel, but you can't hear it at all. In general, the sound insulation is good. We recommend this hotel. The price is fair and affordable, and the service corresponds to the hotel class. I repeat that the problems of reconstruction are a problem of Phu Quoc in any new location of tourist clusters - Marina, SunSetTown, Khem, and etc.

CCitron_HTThe hotel offers a shuttle service in Phu Quoc, which is definitely worth the money. First, a big thank you to Vincent at the shuttle station. Our flight arrived on time and our luggage came out quickly, so we got to the pick-up point at 3:15 PM. Our booked shuttle was for 5:45 PM, but there was also a shuttle departing at 3:15 PM. We initially thought we wouldn't be able to get on the earlier one, but Vincent was incredibly helpful. He spoke with the driver and managed to get us on that earlier shuttle, which we really appreciate. Overall, the hotel's service was excellent and didn't dip at all, even during the Chinese New Year holiday. The hotel has its own private beach and an outdoor swimming pool in the center, with depths of 1.2m and 0.7m. The only downside was the loud DJ music from nearby during the holiday period, which kept us from sleeping. This is something the hotel might want to address with the neighboring establishments.

BBob Walker MaA really great hotel! They offer a free shuttle service to the airport, which is only a 9-15 minute taxi ride away. The facilities are quite new, and the swimming pool is massive with dining options on both sides, so you can eat right after your swim. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can also have lunch and dinner at the hotel. The service is top-notch; we truly felt at home. We stayed for three nights with our child and it was very comfortable. During the day, we visited the Big World and the zoo in the north. On our third day, we went back home from the hotel, and the journey was smooth sailing all the way. KING KONG MART is also very close by from here.

MMIKHAIL UDALOVGood to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.

Ggggllloverall, not worth its money at this point. the place has potential since the location is sceneric, but a lot of work still has to be done. you can say that the hotel is not built fully and in product management terms it is rather a Minimum Usable Product. Avoid booking Cave room at all cost. details are below my girlfriend decided to treat us to a nice place to stay at. we chose a cave room. we checked in, felt that the room is a little hot, turned on the ac and it seemed to not work properly. we asked the staff to check it and fix it if possible while we are away at the beach. when we returned around 1 or 2 am to the room, it was even hotter than before. obviously, no one repaired it. the room was hot and damp like a sauna, sleeping outside would be more comfortable than inside that room. it didnt have any ventilation system. we asked them to change the room but they said that for that night there were no other rooms available other than a similar cave room which we did not want to sleep at. we agreed on upgrading us to a bungalow for another day. now about a bungalow. it was cute and cozy, the ac worked properly, porch had a swing. overall we liked the design. on the other hand the electricity would go on and off randomly resulting in lights flashing which was annoying. amenities are good, we swam in the pool although at times a little dirty. did not use spa or mud bath. park and restaurant/bar area is very nice. scenery is amazing especially on the sunset. they also provide free breakfast which was mid (i like the pho tho), the choice of dishes for breakfast is quite interesting to say the least (pasta, burgers, etc). drinks were okay, nothing special but not bad either. staff is generally friendly, the guy at the reception desk named Tee was helpful, and we also had fun chats with a boy with glasses working near the pool whose name i did not get. other people were always trying to help, although most of the time they looked confused. the general feeling i got from our one night stay is that the management system is not great, all processes that should not be hard always take more time and effort as they should. for example breakfast. at the restaurant i told them what we wanted for breakfast and they gave me a pager. some people would leave their pagers at the bar and the staff would bring food over, but since i came to the bar by myself and no one asked me where we are seated, the staff was trying to find our table to bring the food, i had to come over to them and tell them where we are. we still had couple of dishes left and i asked a girl at the bar if i should leave the pager and she seemed very confused. at first she told me that i can keep it, then she said to leave it. i dont remember if i ended up keeping it. anyways the food did not get lost but i got a feeling that among staff everyone just doesn’t know what everyone else is responsible for, simple things turn into a little quest. i would not say that it was very bothering, slightly annoying is a more appropriate phrase. a lot of parts of the territory are still being built, a lot of dug up dirt and debris in certain places. during the night we got woken up twice by stray dogs fighting with each other right by our bungalow (it was located near one of the empty W.I.P. spots) if the rooms were being sold with big discounts, it would be fine. but they are charging full prices for a hotel that is still being built. scenery is really beautiful tho.

✈️keaidexiaolinlinerI was a bit hesitant before booking, seeing all the bad reviews online. But when we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this sea-view villa was! It was very spacious for our group of two adults and three children. The hotel service was also great. Although there was no Chinese-speaking staff, the front desk's English accent wasn't too strong. The only drawback was the lack of cutlery in the kitchen. We bought some snacks back and had nothing to eat them with! There were quite a few Koreans and Westerners around. The iced coffee at breakfast was so good, I drank it for four days straight. It was truly excellent. We booked the Sheraton villa next door for the following four days. Honestly, even though both hotels are operated by the same owner, the Peach Hotel is noticeably much better in terms of service and facilities, and it's also more conveniently located. The breakfast there was very similar to Peach, with many of the same dishes. But there were too many Indians, if you know what I mean... I personally found the pool to be very clean. It was just a few steps from the villa to the beach. The best part was having trees by the pool, so it wasn't too sunny.

The pool was also clean and made for some great photos. My only minor complaint is that our particular room type wasn't in the best location, though I'm not sure about the others.
