Hotel is located right at the beach and the harbour, location is great to explore Båstad. The restaurant offers a good breakfast selection and enough seating opportunities. The hotel is spread over different buildings and separated by a small road. The room is very small and the bathroom even smaller. No amenities are prepared in the room. If you want to use the Spa area it comes at an extra charge. The cleanliness in the room was bad. Dead mosquito on the ceiling, dust and hair in the bathroom. Must be improved at this price point and positioning of the hotel.

I recently stayed and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. 酒店一個入住時性價比比較高，兩個人就要額外➕400克朗。雖然提供早餐晚餐，但是自助餐水平實在拉胯，總之可以吃飽，但是不要有其它的期待。

Very fine hotel. We enjoyed our stay. There was a little bubble with check-in as we had changed the dates and this was not properly passed. We received very friendly service and a fine compensation for the disorder, both from the hotel and Trip.com.

Reception was very friendly. Breakfast was good, and the sauna was great after a long day. Room was small but comfortable, and very clean.

The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, but usually waits for guests to arrive. If there is no one at the front desk, check in at the restaurant. The breakfast is very good.
