Thaiwoo Town Nanshanli Hotel

The room was spotless, and the king-size bed was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel – plenty of space even with a child. I originally booked a room in Building C, but most of the activities are in Building D. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helped me switch rooms. They even extended my check-out time because my high-speed train back was late. They were absolutely wonderful and accommodated every request! You can ski in and out directly from the hotel, which is perfect for families with kids. You can also book ski instructors right here, and they're fantastic. With skiing, hot springs, massages, entertainment, dining, and even bubble tea, everything you need is right here. We didn't even leave the hotel for two days with the little one. It was truly excellent, and I'll definitely be back!

The room was warm and the service was welcoming. The views were great, and it was really convenient for skiing, dining, and the hot springs. The housekeeping staff were super responsive and paid great attention to detail. I'd definitely want to come back next ski season.

I had a very satisfying stay. The front desk staff, especially Richard and Millie, processed my check-in quickly. The hotel offers great value for money, and the front desk service was excellent. A truly wonderful experience!

The room was a bit small, but since I booked a snow-view room, it opened right onto the ski slope. It's quite close to Lift 9, so overall, it was still a very good stay. A big thank you to the buffet manager who waived the breakfast fee for my 122cm child for three consecutive days!

From the moment I checked in, I felt incredibly well-cared for. Ms. Mia Ruixue even helped me resolve a significant issue. The room design is excellent, with massive floor-to-ceiling windows, and the underfloor heating kept the entire space wonderfully warm. The bedding was also very comfortable. Whether you're looking to ski to your heart's content or simply unwind and relax in the mountains for a few days, this is an absolutely fantastic choice. I'm already planning to come back in the summer.
