Arriving late at night, a hotel within walking distance from the airport is always my top choice. This one is located just across the corridor from the exit, and it's quite easy to find if you ask for directions. There's a duty-free mall nearby, but it's nothing special. You can find some small shops for a quick bite. The room was quieter and less humid than I expected; I didn't hear any noticeable plane takeoffs or landings. Breakfast was pretty standard. For this price point, I'm very satisfied with the hotel. It's also within walking distance to Meilan High-speed Railway Station for my onward journey the next day.

This booking was made to help the hotel with their data, but I did actually stay here the night before and was dropped off at the airport/high-speed rail station by the driver the next morning. The service was really good, so I'm giving it five stars again. I'll definitely choose this place in the future.

Staying at the Hilton Wenchang this time was an absolute delight! So much emotional value. Many of the hotel's family-friendly activities are free, and childcare isn't expensive. Our butler, Lulu, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. Although the rocket launch we were hoping to see was canceled, we still had a fantastic time overall. This is definitely the top hotel for family trips to Wenchang. **Value for money:** Better than Sanya. **Recommendation:** Fu Ji Wenchang Chicken in Longlou Town. A must-try! **Downsides:** Qishui Bay Beach is public and quite commercialized, with some litter. **Small details:** Surprisingly, the plates used in the breakfast restaurant and executive lounge were plastic, which felt a bit cheap. There are a few minor details in the room that could be improved, like ensuring every window is sparkling clean.

The most memorable part of our stay at the Four Seasons Sanya Haitang Bay Hotel was definitely KK at the front desk. From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile, proactively helped with our luggage, explained the room types, and even thoughtfully pointed out some great local eateries nearby. Midway through our stay, the AC had a minor issue, and with one call, an engineer arrived within minutes. Not only did he fix it promptly, but he also brought two lovely small gifts as an apology – it was handled so quickly and kindly. When we checked out, we had an early flight, and KK had already prepared a simple breakfast for us, wishing us a safe journey. Her attentiveness and enthusiasm truly enhanced our entire trip. Encountering an employee like her genuinely makes you want to return!

Wow, this hotel is right in the city center, steps away from a bustling commercial district. Getting around is super convenient, whether you're heading to Qilou Old Street for some food and exploring, or going to the beach to catch the sunset, a taxi ride is always easy. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer amazing city night views, and the mattress is incredibly soft, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The minibar is well-stocked with drinks and spirits, and the ironing facilities are a thoughtful touch. When checking in with kids, the hotel even proactively provides children's amenities – they really pay attention to the details. Overall, the prime location is a huge plus, making travel, shopping, and finding food completely stress-free. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Haikou! ✨

Fantastic experience, this hotel is truly commendable! The service was incredibly thoughtful. I arrived late at night due to catching a train, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel offered a late-night snack, which was a real comfort. The breakfast the next morning was also very rich and satisfying. While the hotel facilities were standard, the attentive, comprehensive, and warm service truly stood out! It was the best hotel I stayed at during this trip!

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍 Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍 Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

This hotel is perfectly located! Just a few steps downstairs, you'll find a lively food street, a supermarket, and even a McDonald's. In the evening, it's a short walk to see the light show or visit the wedding manor. Everything you need for eating, shopping, and entertainment is right here, no need to venture far at all.

The hotel is conveniently located near Qilou Old Street, just about a ten-minute walk away. Stepping out of the hotel, you'll find residential buildings a few steps away, and tucked in the small alleyways are some breakfast spots frequented only by locals. It's really pleasant to grab some noodles or a milk tea there. When we first checked into our twin room, there was a minor issue, but a very helpful gentleman, possibly a manager, resolved it for us. The two beds in the room are movable, which is great if you're traveling with children; you can push them together to form one big bed, ensuring a safe and sound sleep without worrying about them falling off. The only thing that could be improved is that when we moved the beds, there was a lot of dust underneath. Of course, this isn't an issue if you don't move them, but I'd suggest the hotel periodically move the beds and clean the dust from under the beds and coffee tables. That would be a pleasant surprise for guests.

The room isn't huge, but the layout is really creative. There's a small loft with a tatami mat, which could easily sleep two more people – it's a really fun touch and the kids absolutely loved it. We didn't land until 11 PM, and the hotel offers a real-time airport pickup service. It was a pretty spacious minivan, though we did have to wait for other passengers. The driver was working hard, driving and coordinating pickups all by himself. The hotel design is quite fresh and minimalist. The lobby has a lot of super comfortable seating and tons of books; it would be lovely to spend some time reading there. There's also a small, pretty garden. For breakfast, besides the buffet items, you can also get freshly cooked noodles. Overall, it's pretty good and offers excellent value for money.
