Stayed for 2 nights. Room is clean, TV signal is strong, Wifi signal is strong too. AC was cold enough though there were some minutes when it turned off automatically (might be due to power outage). Bed is comfy and room is well lit. Location is excellent with lots of restaurants nearby, and tourist spots nearby. Festival mall, SM, Esplanade are within walking distance.
Only point of improvement is the shower room. The floor can be slippery. And floor was a bit uneven. Did not bother us but may bother elderly people.
Other than that, highly recommended and bang for buck. Breakfast was also good, and service was good too. Would stay again.
The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂
Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place
Great location! very close to a big mall (SM City) which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve tried, and I travel internationally a lot. The bed was comfortable, which made resting easy.
On the downside, the air-conditioning can be quite loud and at times disrupted my sleep. It can also get noisy on some nights due to live band performances from restaurants next to the hotel, and the ground floor can feel crowded during events.
That said, the staff were amazing, very helpful with parking, and the bellboys were attentive and efficient with luggage handling. I also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which was a nice bonus.
Our stay in over all was a blast. The room was clean and neat. Bed and pillows were new. Comfort room was also clean and hygienic. Tv and wifi are working fine. The cost was affordable.
We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld.
Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.

The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It would be even better if they could bring back the complimentary van transport service from the port to the hotel and vice versa, as it was very convenient before. Overall, we had an amazing vacation, and our stay was truly enjoyable.
Designed for comfort and happiness this hotel gives you complete peace and quiet along with exceptional services and breakfast options was really a good choice! The convenience store adjacent to the front door really helps if you would like late night snacks or drinks. You can even select various alcoholic drinks if required so ts really convenient to shop there or across the road you'll see the SM IliIlo shopping mall and food courts! Excellent location tomegaworld festive walk or immigration offices too! I will be back again soon!
Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels.
The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean.
There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested.
Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.
very nice and quiet room, good roomservice, WiFi + TV working well; after renovation very comfortable bathroom / shower; we enjoyed the good breakfast buffet; very friendly staff
Hotel room doesn't have its own bathroom. Location wise it is very near the center of kalibo. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean enough. A bit of letdown was the absence of a private bathroom had to use a common one outside down the hallway.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience.
Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
NNexxusociety_78Clean and beautiful, the staff are kind, the food is delicious, and most of all the service is excellent. My room was automatically upgraded—I was truly surprised. Thank you, Belmont Boracay!
GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.
GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely top-tier for its price point. Incredible value for money and a fantastic experience overall. While the location was a bit tricky to find, the hotel offers a wealth of amenities. The pool is great fun. For this price, it's unbeatable, even better than some five-star establishments. Apart from looking a little dated, the overall vibe is excellent, giving off a real resort feel. The breakfast spread is extensive and even better and more varied than what you'd find at five-star hotels, which was a very pleasant surprise. Seriously, at this price, just book it without hesitation.
GGuest UserAmazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool.
My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with
The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture.
They have a beautiful swimming pool
The amenities are clean
Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs
Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.
KKhan064I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's cozy, quiet, charming, and was the cheapest option, leaving me with only positive impressions. I will definitely be back!
Pros:
1. It's exactly 400 steps or a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach.
2. Excellent and delicious continental breakfasts.
3. Free daily massage.
4. Welcome drink upon check-in.
5. A clean, cozy hotel where it's always quiet and peaceful. An ideal place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy a good night's sleep.
6. A 15-minute walk to the best beach on this island – Puka Beach.
7. Only a hostel would be cheaper. This was the most affordable booking option available.
Cons:
1. The shuttle to the center runs infrequently (only in the morning or evening).
2. Remote location from shops and cafes.
3. Few tourists in the immediate vicinity. It feels a bit like being in a local ghetto.
I'm only deducting a point for the infrequent shuttle service to and from the center.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. GGuest UserAll the staff were very friendly and would readily assist us whenever we have questions. The place was generally clean but just had a minor issue with the smell due to the (probably) dog poop on our front door 😅. The breakfast buffet was ok. There wasn't much variation but the breakfast food was good and didn't cost much. Would definitely recommend this place if you're in Carles.
AAleksandr P.We returned to this hotel again from Gigantes Island and stayed for another 3 days. We were satisfied with everything, the only bad thing was that there were strong low tides in the sea. The staff is very responsive and attentive. There is shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper and bottled water in the room, the breakfast is very filling and tasty.
盼盼盼知了520The hotel location is a little far from the kalibo airport, but the environment and service are first-rate. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are all delicious. Love it there, if I come to the Philippines next time I will definitely stay there for a few nights. ps: grilled wings are particularly delicious where we swim, we ordered three in one breath
