The environment here is absolutely amazing 👍🏻! If only my itinerary wasn't so packed, I could have easily spent a whole day enjoying the hotel even during the daytime 😊. My kids loved it too! We arrived too late for them to swim, but they still had a great time playing by the pool for a while. The restaurant downstairs was completely beyond my expectations. First, the ambiance was lovely. We happened to arrive at the hotel just in time for dinner, and we decided to eat there mainly because of the nice setting. To our surprise, the yak hotpot was incredibly delicious and very generous in portion size! The next morning at breakfast, my child kept going back to the auntie for more rice noodles, asking her to cook it three times! 😁

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. This hotel is located in a 51-story high-rise apartment building. Different floors of the building house various hotels, as well as private residences. The property is managed by Vanke Property, and access to the building and elevators requires a key card, which makes it very secure. Despite the building's height, the elevators are remarkably fast and smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Daci Temple, Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road. It's incredibly convenient for getting around by subway, taking the Chunxi Road scenic bus, dining, shopping, or visiting the climbing panda sculpture for photos. Our assigned room was on the 38th floor and matched the promotional pictures exactly. It was a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, and each room had large floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The beds were also very comfortable. I have to commend the massage chair in the living room. After walking a lot each day while traveling with my parents, it was wonderfully relaxing to use it back at the hotel every evening. The service was like having a personal butler. After checking in, we received key cards and were added to a WeChat group with the butler. We could ask any questions in the group, and the butler was always prompt in replying and would ask daily if we needed housekeeping. The butler even came to help us adjust the projector and shared their iQiyi membership with us. Our trip to Chengdu was very enjoyable, and my parents were very satisfied with their stay!

The stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou, I compared many hotels and B&Bs and finally chose this one, and I'm very satisfied! 👍 Before our stay, the concierge added me on WeChat and shared a travel guide in advance. When we arrived by car, there was someone to guide us to the hotel entrance. We gave the car keys to the front desk, and someone moved the car for us the next day, which was incredibly hassle-free. The hotel's tatami-style beds were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast on the second day also offered a great variety. On the morning of the second day, someone also drove us to the shuttle bus, the service was super good, and overall I was very pleased!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This time I came to Ya'an, it was really a super wise decision to choose to stay at the Yuji Hotel. The whole experience was full and the five-star praise was proper! The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, travel and play, punch in the surrounding attractions are super convenient, the surrounding dining, supermarkets are fully equipped. The interior of the room exceeded expectations, the space is spacious and transparent, the smart facilities in the whole house are too extra points, the voice can control the lights, curtains, electrical appliances, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sleeping feeling is super comfortable, the washing area is separated from wet and dry, the bathroom supplies are clean and hygienic, the quality of toiletries is online, and the use is excellent. What impressed me the most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was super warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. They would also recommend Ya'an local food and play routes. Any needs could be responded to in time. The whole experience was super warm. The overall price/performance ratio is directly full. Whether it is travel or business stay, this hotel is a great choice for Ya'an. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Ya'an. I really recommend it to every friend who comes to Ya'an!

This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations! I mean- from the front desk to the cleaning staff- absolutely unmatched service! Professional and seamless!. Talk about the AMENITIES- I’ve travelled in China- and I must say this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been in- the attention to detail is incredible- the room equipment and SMART functions- are what I need in 2026. The water system 💯- I could choose the temperature I want from simple room temperature to warm to hot- I mean wow 🤩! The bathroom- shower- the best! Water pressure and temperature- awesome! The toilet- a bidet- comfort on another level! The free VC juice at the reception/ dining area- so refreshing (I didn’t buy any juice during my stay 😀). The location is very convenient- near the malls- restaurants and tourist attraction areas. There is also a rooftop for some fresh air and chilled vibes (solo or with friends)!Bottom line is - I really enjoyed my stay and most importantly- it’s a very budget friendly hotel. EXTRA value for your money. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Chengdu❤️.

After a few days in this high-altitude city, this hotel truly put me at ease. In high-altitude areas, the biggest fear is not sleeping well. The rooms here are equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. What's most reassuring is the 24-hour infirmary; a friend traveling with me felt a bit unwell, and the doctor handled it promptly and with an excellent attitude. This kind of support is incredibly important in high-altitude regions. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast offers a rich variety, with the local butter tea and beef noodles definitely worth trying. All the staff are very enthusiastic, promptly assisting with luggage and giving directions. Overall, it's a hotel that makes you feel particularly secure during your stay, and I would choose it again on my next visit.
