This was my first solo trip, and I immediately fell in love with this hotel. The actual room looks exactly like the pictures. You can see the entire panorama of Taikoo Li, and the night view is incredible. To get a night view like this at this price is truly a first for me. Highly recommended! If I ever come back to Chengdu, I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Louis Hotel in Chengdu was truly excellent! The lobby's design immediately impressed us upon arrival; every shot looked like it was taken for a magazine. The limited-time Christmas decorations added an amazing festive vibe, and our evening photos turned out stunning. The room facilities were exquisite and thoughtful. The bedding was perfectly soft, and lying on it instantly melted away our travel fatigue. The bathtub was huge and very comfortable for a soak. My favorite part was the floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom, offering a panoramic view of the city lights while bathing. The front desk lady was very warm and efficient with our check-in. She even personally guided us to our room, constantly reminding us to watch our step because of the stairs. Staying here was incredible value for money. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit!

Every afternoon we enjoyed delicious tea and snacks, and honestly… we loved them so much that it became a highlight of our day. • Late Checkout Like a Dream ⏰💤 — They surprised us with a very nice late checkout, which meant more time to relax and enjoy our trip without rushing. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely beyond expectations. This wasn’t just a stay — it was pure panda-city magic. Highly recommend this hotel if you want comfort, great perks, and that extra touch of kindness that makes travel amazing! 🌏❤️

Imagine being able to lie in your room and watch the sunrise and sunset over Mount Siguniang, capturing incredibly clear photos with just your phone. What more could you ask for? Well, there's actually more! The room amenities are thoughtfully chosen: a Marshall speaker, a Dyson hairdryer (though I didn't dare wash my hair to use it), and all the furniture is quite upscale. The 270-degree window offers Mount Siguniang's gaze on one side and the companionship of the forest on the other (I imagine the colors change with each season). What more could you ask for? And yes, there's even more. The service here is exceptional. All the staff, both the young ladies and gentlemen, are incredibly warm and welcoming, always smiling, and greeting you with genuine care. When I ran out of water, they brought me some in the middle of the night. When I experienced altitude sickness, they immediately brought me glucose water and an oxygen tank. There's a shuttle bus service to and from Changping Valley Tourist Center, and we didn't have to touch our luggage at all. Interestingly, we stayed at hotels belonging to the same group for our two nights in Shuangqiao Valley and Changping Valley. First, we were woken by a dream, then we gazed at the starry sky. It feels like fate, and it also shows that our taste in hotels is consistently good. We'll definitely be back next time.

This stay was absolutely fantastic, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel's location is superb, right next to a bustling commercial area and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and visiting attractions. Plus, you can find unique local eateries just a few minutes' walk away. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner and even the bathroom counter were spotless. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom was practical and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. The toiletries were high-quality and very comfortable to use. From the facilities to the service details, you can tell the hotel puts a lot of thought into everything. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is impeccable, right inside the terminal building, just a few minutes' walk directly to security. This is a huge blessing for those who need to catch early morning flights, as there's no need to worry about traffic, allowing for much more sleep. The boarding passes provided by the hotel are very practical, significantly reducing queuing time. However, the comfort level of this stay was compromised. The air conditioning in the room seemed to be malfunctioning; it felt quite stuffy and hot at night, which affected my sleep quality. This is especially crucial for travelers who need ample rest. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't quite hot enough, making the shower experience less than ideal. The hotel's service is primarily efficient and self-service oriented, but the front desk staff's attitude felt rather perfunctory. It seemed like they were just going through the motions, lacking a bit of proactive care and warmth. When communicating about room issues, the interaction also felt somewhat lukewarm.

First time staying at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the experience was absolutely perfect! 😁😁😁 I booked two Ritz-Carlton Suites for my family and me during our trip to Chengdu, and the thoughtful service from Ms. Lianne made the start of our journey full of pleasant surprises 🥳🥳🥳. Before we even arrived, Ms. Lianne proactively reached out to understand our needs. She not only reserved rooms for us very close to the Executive Lounge but also went above and beyond to arrange rooms on the 38th and 39th floors, despite the limitation of ”only one Ritz-Carlton Suite per floor.” This thoughtful gesture allowed my family to easily look after each other while maintaining our privacy, which was incredibly touching. During check-in, she thoughtfully arranged for us to complete the process while dining at the lounge, saving us waiting time and allowing my family to start their vacation in a comfortable setting. From the meticulous arrangements to the warmth of the service, we truly felt the high quality of the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu. I especially want to commend Ms. Lianne for her professionalism and attentiveness. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Chengdu! 🙃🙃🙃

The environment is elegant and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the view is wide, the bedding is soft and the sleep is particularly good! I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review. Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step. In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

The ladies at the reception are all great, welcoming us with a smile & served us well, explained everything so well. Really appreciate that some of them speaks English, as we’ve problem with other hotels in smaller towns. Will be staying there again on our next trip for sure. Great view from our room too.
