I’ve booked 2 different rooms for this trip and both room are great view high floor and loves the room. Importantly this is walking distance to the shopping district like Tai Koo Li, IFS & 春熙步行街. Honestly if you are not particular if this is a hotel as this is more of a home stay due to the scale is not big as a hotel. Other than without breakfast provide, they do provide service like room clean up.. help with your orders delivery from 美团和淘宝. Even if you intent to use their pool, they can in advance help you to prepare the water before you reach back to the room. Service is really great. Always promptly in replying your query whenever we have questions. Recommend as overall is a comfortable room.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. What truly made the experience special was the staff as they were incredibly warm, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We communicated daily via WeChat, which made everything so easy and convenient. The room is also so beautiful with a bath overlooking the city! The complimentary coffee was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more welcoming. It really felt like the staff genuinely cared about our comfort and experience, not just as a guest but as people. I would absolutely recommend Louis Hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and would happily stay here again. The service alone makes it worth it!

The hotel is very centrally located, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The building and interiors are beautiful, with a stylish and well-thought-out design. While some areas feel slightly worn, everything is still in good condition and well maintained. The service was excellent: all the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was also very clean, which we really appreciated. As a pleasant surprise, we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a very beautiful room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

It's off-season, but the room rates weren't particularly low. Considering it was listed as one of Ctrip's top 50 B&Bs in China, I was a bit disappointed. 1. **Location**: It directly faces four peaks, but during the weekend, there were quite a few B&Bs under construction, so looking down, it was essentially a construction site view. 2. **Facilities**: I'd say they were just average. The small oxygen concentrator had virtually no effect, and at 3400m altitude, it was still quite challenging. This was a far cry from the advertised diffuse oxygen supply. The bathroom facilities were mediocre; the hot water pressure wasn't sufficient, and the temperature was unstable, so be cautious when showering. However, the toiletries provided were very good. 3. **Service**: The service during check-in, including luggage assistance, was very good. My main complaint is about check-out: after dropping us off at the parking lot, and knowing I was suffering a bit from altitude sickness, they just dumped our luggage and drove off, which felt a bit abrupt. It would have been more reasonable to help us load the large bags into our car. 4. **Dinner**: The few dishes we had tasted quite good, and the prices weren't high. However, the pasta wasn't very good, so I'd advise against ordering it. Breakfast was truly average.

My stay at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The room was spotless and had a lovely scent. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with all the necessary amenities nearby. The room itself was cozy and well-equipped with facilities like a washing machine and refrigerator, and the soundproofing was excellent. All the hotel staff were enthusiastic and attentive, providing exceptional service. I genuinely feel this is a trustworthy and excellent hotel.

This hotel is right inside the airport. After exiting arrivals, just follow the signs for a few hundred meters and you're there. The rooms are spacious, and you can't hear any planes taking off, which is a big plus. It's excellent value for money; all three rooms our group booked received consistent high praise! The night view is beautiful, and they even provided a fast-track security pass. There are self-service baggage drop machines right outside the hotel, but be careful not to be overweight, otherwise you'll have to go to the manual counter. Tianfu Airport is HUGE, by the way!

This is my umpteenth stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the standards are consistently excellent. During check-in, a friendly young man named Luca brought me some herbal tea. After a brief chat, he later delivered a thoughtful, handwritten welcome card to my room before dinner. Of all the five-star and ultra-five-star hotels I've stayed at in Chengdu, the Ritz-Carlton's Executive Lounge offers the most attentive service. From breakfast at 6:30 AM right through to evening desserts at 10 PM, they continuously provide a wonderful array of thoughtful services. I've included some photos of the breakfast and dinner spreads – they're incredibly rich and varied. Plus, for both lunch and dinner, they offer two freshly prepared dishes, like duck breast and pasta, made to order. Every staff member I encountered in the Executive Lounge was exceptionally warm, attentive, proactive, and anticipated my needs. Of course, breakfast is also available at the main restaurant in the lobby on the 25th floor. The variety there is truly astounding; just the noodle bar alone offers six different options (as shown in the pictures). I ate so much that morning, I didn't want to leave. All in all, this is the best hotel experience I've had in Chengdu. Honestly, the price isn't even that high, making it excellent value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room is spacious and bright, with good ventilation. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and there is a swimming pool. The children like it very much.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

Lucas once again stood out as a defining part of the experience. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care ensured that everything across both rooms was perfectly coordinated. He has a rare ability to make service feel personal rather than procedural, and his presence elevated the entire stay in a way that is immediately noticeable. What impressed me most was the consistency throughout the hotel. From housekeeping to the front desk, every interaction reflected pride, warmth, and intention. The service was intuitive rather than reactive, and the overall experience felt effortless. This stay further confirmed that the ParcVue is not just a luxury hotel, but a place that truly understands hospitality. I would choose it again without hesitation.
