The room is quite spacious and has underfloor heating. The courtyard is also very pretty, it would be even more comfortable to visit in the summer. The breakfast, however, was pretty average; I'd suggest the owner improve the variety of the breakfast options, as it really wasn't good. The staff's service attitude was decent, but even though the KTV was listed as free, we didn't get to use it. I'd also recommend more thorough linen changes; there was a hair on the bed when we checked in. Despite these issues, and not wanting to be too critical, I'll still give a good review.

I came to Siguniang Mountain for a competition, and my family was really worried about altitude sickness. So, we skipped the guesthouses closer to the starting line in town and chose this oxygen-supplied hotel within the scenic area instead. The staff were incredibly friendly and proactive; they added me on WeChat days in advance to share check-in information and tips for high-altitude activities. When we arrived, we found this guesthouse to be amazing – beautifully decorated with tons of rooms, many of which face Mount Yaomei directly! The front desk staff were very professional and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room for free! Also, the guesthouse is a few kilometers from town, but they offer shuttle service with a business car, and they respond super quickly. The drivers are excellent! Plus, the sour soup hotpot at the restaurant is delicious, and the breakfast is plentiful. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time I come to Siguniang Mountain. Highly recommend!

The view is amazing, especially at night. We watched movies on the projector and the beds were comfortable. When they say they provide butler service, they really mean it. Mr. Pang Pang is really attentive and kind, if not for the room, we will book just for him. They provide bowls and plate, but no utensils or frying pan, so if you stay intending to cook, just keep that in mind (but to be honest, the location is good there’s a lot of food).

The stay in this hotel is comfortable and rooms are relatively quiet. Most of the noise comes from other guests talking loudly along the hallway, but fortunately, not excessively. The room size is very spacious with a huge bathtub in the room. It would be great if there was a hook or hanger to hang the bath towel near the tub and also an extra bath mat for the tub. I liked having a washlet in the toilet and the shower has good water pressure as well. The only issue is that the room I had seems to be a smoking room (although I had booked a non-smoking room) as I could smell lingering cigarette smoke and there was also an ashtray on the table. The most commendable part was the staff. Extremely helpful service when we had to check in and drop our luggage in a hurry to meet our guide, and the lady staff walked us out onto the street to catch a taxi and communicated to the driver where we were supposed to go. Sorry I forgot to ask for her name but I really appreciate her helpfulness!! Breakfast was included in the room and it was mostly local Sichuan dishes. Plus point on staying here is also the proximity to the train station and there's plenty of food options around.

I chose the suite for the hot tub area, the hot water is not even very hot. I only use the hot water knob and not the cold water. Additionally there was a small cockroach in the tub area before we use it…managed to kill and throw it away. The problem with the room is the lack of chairs and utensils. Got wine glass and stuff at their “bar “ area but no opener for beer, had to head down to get from kitchen.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Chance upon LOUIS Hotel on TikTok and was immediately amazed by how beautiful the hotel looked. We ended up booking it through Trip.com as the room type we wanted seemed to be selling out quite fast. Upon check-in, absolutely no regrets. The hotel looked even better in person and honestly exceeded expectations. The overall design and atmosphere were stunning, and it was also very convenient to get here by cab. What truly made the stay memorable was the hospitality and customer service from the staff. Everyone was proactive, efficient, timely, and genuinely friendly. While good service is expected in the hospitality industry, we all know how challenging it can get during peak periods, but we never once felt any drop in service standards here. One tip for future guests would be to have WeChat installed, as communication with the hotel staff through the app was very smooth and convenient. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and getting around by cab was also very easy. One thing to note is that there is no room service available as the hotel does not have an in-house kitchen. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend LOUIS Hotel to my friends and family.

The new hotel had no formaldehyde smell, the rooms were large and beautifully decorated, and exceptionally clean. The bed wasn't the super soft type, and the pillows—one high and one low—were a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, being on the second floor, it was quiet at night, and I slept very well. The surrounding environment was great, perfect for taking photos, and the service was excellent. It's rare to find such a satisfying hotel.

The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, and every little detail feels so welcoming. My favorite part was breakfast served until 12 PM – a dream come true for late risers! You can sleep in and then enjoy a leisurely buffet with both Western and Chinese options. The freshly made noodles, freshly ground coffee, desserts, and fruits were all exquisite, with a huge variety to choose from. Even more considerate is the late check-out at 2 PM, so there's absolutely no need to rush. You can pack up at your own pace, letting all the travel weariness melt away in this comfortable and relaxing haven. The service is gentle, discreet, and attentive to every detail. Staying here in Chengdu, I honestly didn't want to leave~ 💛

After a few days in this high-altitude city, this hotel truly put me at ease. In high-altitude areas, the biggest fear is not sleeping well. The rooms here are equipped with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. What's most reassuring is the 24-hour infirmary; a friend traveling with me felt a bit unwell, and the doctor handled it promptly and with an excellent attitude. This kind of support is incredibly important in high-altitude regions. Although the hotel has been open for some years, the facilities are very well-maintained. The bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast offers a rich variety, with the local butter tea and beef noodles definitely worth trying. All the staff are very enthusiastic, promptly assisting with luggage and giving directions. Overall, it's a hotel that makes you feel particularly secure during your stay, and I would choose it again on my next visit.
