Excellent location, right next to Taikoo Li. You can walk to Taikoo Li and IFS, and in the evening, stroll to Wangping Street for some lively nightlife and late-night snacks. It's located on the top floor of the iconic Langyu building, and each room has its own unique style. The entire room was very clean; I just didn't get a chance to use the giant bathtub. The butler service was a really nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

I'll like to mention that the hotel is very clean. Came during the winter and the heater was working perfectly. Location wise it is about 800 to the nearest train station but you can consider just taking a cab(didi) or bicycle. There is even a cute cat outside the hotel (does not belong to the hotel). Reception responded quickly via wechat. Had a really good sleep in the hotel. Recommend.

Service: Excellent, the hotel provides a dedicated shuttle. Facilities: Very new, the underfloor heating works great, and the charging sockets are stable! Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Directly facing Mount Siguniang, the view is great, and there are no strangers to disturb the scenery.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and a 'Yuba' heater, and the shower water was great. I stayed for 6 nights. It's only a two or three-minute walk to the subway station, and about two kilometers from major attractions in downtown Chengdu, making it super convenient whether you walk or take the subway! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The lady at the hotel front desk was wonderful. I checked in at night, and I was worried because I had lost my ID at the high-speed rail station, but they managed to sort it out in the end. The room was very clean. Since I also work in the hotel industry, the first thing I did was inspect it, and everything was great. There wasn't a single fingerprint or smudge on the full-length mirror, which I was very pleased with. It's near the airport but not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. My friend and I came to climb a snowy mountain and saw this hotel near the airport, so we booked it. My friend said the bedding was very comfortable, but personally, I didn't care for the scent of the toiletries. I just didn't like the smell. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I went to get some ice cream, I noticed there wasn't any staff around. I looked around, and a young man immediately came over. The restaurant staff were all very polite, and extra empty plates were cleared away promptly. One lady, in particular, was so nice; she was clearing a table nearby, and when I asked her for a fork, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to get it for me. When I left, she even said goodbye to me at the restaurant entrance, which was very polite, even though I don't know her name. Sichuan is beautiful; if I come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. One more thing: the scent in the hotel lobby and the guest room corridors is absolutely lovely. The bellhop proactively helped with our luggage. The foreign staff spoke good Chinese and provided excellent service. Check-in at the 25th-floor front desk included welcome drinks and fruit. Turndown service was provided, complete with a heartwarming handwritten card and signature from the housekeeping staff. Housekeeping also thoughtfully arranged our clothes and cosmetics neatly on a towel, which was a very nice touch. There was one minor unpleasant incident during our stay: the hotel's overall response time was consistently slow. We often had to be quite firm to get a prompt response; otherwise, they were quite perfunctory. The gym is on the 23rd floor, and the pool is quite beautiful. The gym has a large yoga studio, and it's well-equipped with a Smith machine, cable crossover, and plenty of machines for both upper and lower body workouts. Breakfast is served on the 25th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The variety of food was exceptional, arguably the best I've seen at a Ritz-Carlton. Overall, the service still needs improvement, but everything else was good. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city center. Room service was also good and not at all careless. It would be even better if the room came with a Bluetooth speaker.

Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet. Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. We stayed at the Grand Parvac Hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing time. After a long 10.5-hour flight, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which allowed us to rest and recharge right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A special thank you to Lisa, who went above and beyond—her warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture of arranging a birthday cake made my celebration extra special. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort and care. We felt at home throughout our stay and will definitely return.
