The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Line 2 of the subway, and the views from the 51st floor are amazing! It's also really close to all the city's main attractions. I loved the thoughtful touches like the individually wrapped bath towels and toilet seat covers. But my absolute favorite was the sound system – the audio quality was fantastic!

The hotel's front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance in the future. The room was generally clean and tidy, though there's still room for improvement in the floor cleaning. I found a few strands of hair left by the previous guest upon check-in. However, apart from that, the room's hygiene was satisfactory. What surprised me the most were the bed and sheets! The material felt incredibly smooth and soft, providing an excellent sleeping experience – almost the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. Anyone who appreciates high-quality bedding will be very pleased. The bathrobe was also a huge plus. The plush texture was incredibly comfortable, and wearing it to relax in the air-conditioned room or even as sleepwear was very cozy, making you feel right at home. I stayed on the 34th floor, and the windows were spotlessly clean, offering a wide, unobstructed view. Enjoying the city nightscape in the evening was particularly beautiful, with sparkling lights – absolutely worth it. While some wall surfaces in the room and bathroom fixtures showed a bit of age, and there were slight signs of wear in a few corners, overall, the spectacular view, convenient location, and excellent service completely made up for these minor flaws. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to 9th Street, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy nightlife, bars, or evening activities, with many popular spots within walking distance. I must also give a special shout-out to the concierge and front desk service team. The staff, especially the female members, were all very kind, enthusiastic, and eager to help. They not only assisted with laundry service but also helped deliver my online shopping packages and food delivery to the room. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, truly making me feel at home. What I particularly liked was that the hotel provided laundry service instead of making guests use self-service washing machines, which was a very thoughtful touch and significantly enhanced the stay experience. However, there are a few things to note. There are several sets of stairs from the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you're carrying large luggage, you might need to put in some effort to carry it up. It's advisable to be prepared for this before checking in. Additionally, the room interior features a multi-level design with steps in some areas. For someone like me who can be a bit forgetful and prone to zoning out when getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, extra caution is needed regarding footing. I accidentally stumbled several times when going to the bathroom at night 🤣. While the design is unique, guests with mobility issues or those prone to tripping might need to be extra careful. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. Although some of the hardware facilities show signs of age, and there are stairs and indoor steps to be aware of, the attentive service team, comfortable bedding, stunning night views, and superb location made it feel very worthwhile. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city!

The hotel views are absolutely stunning! You get beautiful scenery outside the window, with snow-capped mountains visible from both the front and back, plus a nearby stream. It's incredibly therapeutic to just relax and take in the views. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive throughout my stay, always quick to respond to any requests. Their service was both thoughtful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable too. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing and did not live up to the expectations created by the photos and description. One of the main reasons we booked this place was the pool shown in the main pictures. However, this is quite misleading, as the pool is not actually available for guests to use. The small pool in the common area was also dirty and poorly maintained, making it completely unappealing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful during our stay. We did not feel looked after as guests, and interactions often felt unfriendly and dismissive. We were also surprised to be charged an additional fee after using the washing machine. We accidentally ran a wash without fully understanding the procedure and ended up being charged €10, which felt excessive and unnecessary for such a minor issue. The room itself was very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, the windows were extremely dirty, which gave the entire space a neglected feeling and spoiled what could have been a nice view. Overall, the property feels poorly maintained and does not match the impression presented online. Between the misleading pool photos, the lack of hospitality, the extra charges, and the uncomfortable room conditions, we did not enjoy our stay and would not recommend this hotel. We left feeling disappointed and feeling that the experience was not worth the money we paid.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

This 10-year-old hotel is exceptionally well-maintained. Everywhere you look is spotless, even the double-sided mirrors in the elevators are pristine – they've really done a fantastic job there! The aromatherapy scent is consistent and perfectly balanced, neither too strong nor too subtle. The air conditioning in the public areas is good, and the fresh air system works well. However, the AC in the rooms isn't very strong, and it can feel a bit stuffy; the room temperature is generally a few degrees higher than ideal, which is something to look into. Now, for the service: In short, it's excellent. Every staff member smiles and greets you or makes eye contact. The training and management are clearly top-notch. The check-in experience was also very good. Thumbs up! 👍 Regarding the facilities, Hyatt's F&B is always a highlight, and it gets a thumbs up here too. The swimming pool experience was also great – no strong chlorine smell, good water quality, comfortable temperature, and excellent lighting with a strong sense of design. Another thumbs up! Taking a walk around the hotel, you can really appreciate the design everywhere; it truly lives up to Ji Master's reputation. 👍 All in all, it's a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back! BTW, a certain 'Hua' hotel was such a letdown! I actually cancelled my reservation there last minute to come here instead.

I went blind and I was not disappointed, at the time I booked there were only 2 opinions, but it was indicated that the hotel was just opened, then I started. I booked a bedroom with 4 girls but I was alone , I was welcomed by Madame Xu Yan Peng , who was in the baby-sitter with me , she has a very good English and did not hesitate to give me are number to allow me to the Contact directly if I needed it as everyone doesn't speak English in the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. Sincerely, I'm not very much as recommending you the only little bemol is a bit hard bed but that's what I'm feeling is the same thing in all hostels. The location is also very good especially if you want to make the Emei mountain roundabout .

The hotel rooms were neat and clean, offering great value for money. What impressed me most was that each room had its own direct drinking water dispenser instead of the traditional electric kettle. This is something I'd honestly recommend all hotels adopt. Tea and coffee lovers would definitely appreciate it, as you no longer have to worry about what others might have boiled in the kettle! The disposable towels, bath towels, and cups also provided peace of mind. The hot spring water was wonderfully warm too. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

They upgraded us to a deluxe twin room for free, which was quite spacious, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent for work. As soon as we arrived, we received tickets for Gaotianli during weekdays and a scenic car pass. The rice terraces were beautiful and definitely worth a visit. They also provided a very detailed explanation and introduction to Emei Mountain routes, which was fantastic. The outdoor hot spring had three pools with different temperatures. The outdoor hot spring area was beautifully landscaped, but inevitably, there were a lot of bugs. It was a shame the swimming pool was under maintenance. It would have been even better if there was an indoor hot spring where you could enjoy the beautiful greenery without being bothered by bugs. There were three washing machines and three dryers, which worked very well. For extended stays, the cleaning staff tidied the room and replenished supplies daily, showing great attention to detail. Breakfast was served on the first floor, and you could also order lunch. The chef cooked everything fresh after you placed your order, and the small breakfast cakes and desserts were especially delicious. I left the bamboo stick I brought from Emei Mountain at the front desk for others to borrow, lol. Hope the next person who finds it can use it for self-defense in the monkey area~
