This hotel is located inside Tianfu Airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers needing to wait for a connecting flight or seeking a temporary rest. They also offer a baggage check-in service (for luggage under 20kg) and free luggage storage, which is very handy. The hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are brand new. The room featured electric curtains, and the bathroom facilities were very modern. The hotel service was also top-notch, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. Plus, they offer a thoughtful service guaranteeing a late check-out until 2:00 PM. I accidentally left my ring behind when rushing at check-out, and the hotel thoughtfully mailed it back to me the next day after I contacted them. This is truly a hotel worth staying at. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. The Sungold Designer Hotel boasts an absolutely unbeatable location for exploring Chengdu. We were staying for multiple days, the thoughtful staff upgraded our room, which was a wonderful surprise. It is placing you right in the heart of the city's most trendy area. You are just a short walk away from Taikoo Li high-end shopping, cafes, and unique architecture. Getting around the city is incredibly easy from here. The hotel is very close to the Metro Station, making it simple to hop on the subway and explore further-flung attractions. There is also a Lawson mini-mart conveniently located right downstairs for any snacks or essentials you might need during your stay.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of dining options nearby. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is elegant. The staff are enthusiastic, and the room is tidy and well-equipped. I especially liked the color of the slippers! Highly recommended.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The Grand Hyatt Chengdu, located in the bustling heart of Chunxi Road, manages to be a tranquil haven amidst the urban buzz. Its overall design is sophisticated and grand, with wooden elements and lighting perfectly complementing each other. While there are indeed many mirrors, you get used to them after a short stay. Having followed Ji's design and aesthetic from the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou to the Grand Hyatt Chengdu, I can confidently say his vision remains as impressive as ever. The guest room layout is fluid, with clearly defined and practical divisions for the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, providing abundant natural light during the day and a spectacular panoramic view of the city's vibrant nightscape. The soundproofing and blackout curtains are also excellent. Although the hotel has been open for several years and shows slight signs of age, it is well-maintained, and the service is both professional and efficient. (On a side note, the Hyatt promotion in April was an absolute delight!!!) This time, I also experienced the complimentary 'New Wave Travel Photography' service offered by the hotel. The staff was incredibly efficient, and the depth of field and composition of the shots perfectly matched my preferences. The final photos exceeded my expectations, making for an overall superb experience.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel is very good. It is close to Wanda Plaza. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The lobby is very beautifully decorated. James, the front desk clerk, is enthusiastic and friendly. I give it ten thumbs up. It is very safe. The room is close to the river and has a good view. I was satisfied with my stay and praised it! The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit weak and the fried things are cold and hard. I hope it can be improved.
