Great location with Free parking for our car. Very professional and friendly front desk. Magnificent stunning view surrounding the ocean. Love the Rooftop restaurant up at level 17 which is the same building with our hotel room, so convenient. Fun to spend sometime in the ****** which is just in the ground floor of the hotel. Everything is within hands reach.

The hotel's location is excellent. Not only is it the first stop for the SkyBus, but it also offers unbeatable sea views. The market, museum, and park are all within walking distance. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and the rooms are cleaned meticulously. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and there are many dining options nearby. In short, everything you need for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing is conveniently accessible. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room on the top floor, which was a lifesaver for our four or five-day stay. Check-out was also a breeze. You do need to bring your own slippers, though. I especially want to commend their room key booklet. Unlike other hotels that just give you a sleeve, theirs is a travel booklet filled with recommendations for great restaurants, tourist attractions, and even includes booking phone numbers and email addresses. They've put so much thought into it! We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Nice hotel. Free parking, polite and efficient check-in. Very big room with balcony. Tea/coffee facilities. Excellent views. Forgot wallet with lit of cash and cards at the restaurant during the dinner, only remembered next morning. The wallet was handed back to me next day

The room is clean, well-equipped, and has a good environment. It is located on the bay and you can watch the sunset at night. The seafood in the restaurant is fresh and tastes good. A 20-yuan meal voucher is also given with the stay, which is great value.

The location is a bit far from the city center, and getting there involves a steep uphill walk which is inconvenient with luggage. Our initial room wasn't great; it was dark, poorly lit, and felt cramped due to the very close proximity of other buildings. We put up with it for two days before requesting a room change. Service was minimal. I personally found the decor and lighting inferior to the hotel located opposite the church further along this street. This particular room definitely didn't offer good value for money.

Great location! A lot of food options nearby, great for family trip! The room is good but the ventilation wasn’t great, felt a bit dry inside the room.

The hotel feels pretty good, it's a standard hotel, similar to the rooms of Four Seasons in China, but the space is much smaller, there is no desk, of course, it may be because of the room type and price I booked, I booked the cheapest room type of this hotel. The transportation is quite convenient, about 15 minutes drive to the airport, next to the city center hospital, there are also convenient supermarkets, restaurants and other facilities around, and it is less than two kilometers away from the river.

Location is not that near to the airport, but there is a shuttle service that you can request for a small fee. Considering how this is an airport hotel, we actually really enjoyed our stay here. The room we had was really spacious and well soundproofed and we were able to enjoy a good night's rest before our flight the next day. Would recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent environment and a fantastic location – highly recommended! It's also very convenient with a SkyBus available from the airport that stops nearby. The service is incredibly attentive, and the staff are super friendly; they even have Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. The rooms are quite spacious, and the beds are especially comfortable. The views are also excellent. Its prime location in the bustling downtown area makes it perfectly convenient for exploring.

The location is very good, and the beach below is also beautiful. If the weather is good or you are brave, you can walk across the sea to the small island on the opposite side. I didn't dare to go because the sea was a bit big that day. Don't hold too high hopes for free penguin viewing at night. The white guy in the hotel was very responsible and chatted with us for almost two hours, but the penguins had to wait until the people who paid to see them finished before they could go. Some people said they saw one, but I didn't see one.
