I asked if they could be combined, but the front desk said there was only one of this room type per floor (which could be considered a special offer room, as it's almost 100 yuan cheaper than a business double room). It wasn't shown on the website, so I had no choice but to accept it. Once in the room, the air conditioning was on for over an hour, but it wasn't cooling in either room. I contacted the front desk, and they said the air conditioning unit wasn't turned on. Does this mean this special offer room doesn't get air conditioning? The air conditioning stopped working again in the middle of the night, probably because the unit was turned off again. The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the toilet didn't look new; the toilet seat was crooked, and there were stains in the gaps. How could a newly opened hotel have this? The room had poor soundproofing; I could clearly hear the kids watching cartoons in the next room. Other items like the tabletops, tea bar, and sink looked clean. The breakfast selection was limited."
