I stayed at Hill Inn for one night and it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient and easy to find. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and everything worked as expected. For the price, it was excellent value. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Perfect for a short stay or a budget-friendly stopover. I would book here again.

一進房間，發現衞生間垃圾筒裏有垃圾，喊前台小哥找人打掃一下或者換個乾淨的房間，喊來個大叔，上來就問我沒人住怎麼會有垃圾？難不成我放的誣賴你們？我們進來幾秒鐘，讓他調監控，才不情不願給我們換了垃圾袋，用水沖了一下地面，就那樣濕濕的，告訴我們可以了……然後迷一樣的操作開始了，我們是一家三口，孩子女孩50多斤，訂房的時候頁面寫的是2米超大床，我就定了，一直以為是2米寬，誰知他家把1.8×2m的床定為2米超大床，下面有圖片（誰能看出來2米超大床指的是長度），保潔大叔就一直説我們住不下，應該換那個家庭房，本來你們店家寫的説明就是誤導，我們沒追究，想想湊合一晚算了，結果一直説我們住不下，想想可能是想讓我們加錢，那就加吧，補點錢換個家庭房吧，結果房東讓把訂單退了，直接給現金，不能在這個訂單基礎上補房差，況且每間房角落裡都很臟，那我們就不換了，不能為了換個房間，不讓評價，不讓大家看到房間真實情況……除了進房間以後發現衞生間有使用痕跡外，到處都很臟，看着就是平時未仔細打掃過，圖片放下面了，大家來張家界住宿，一定慎重，這家衞生等各方面都不行

酒店位置不錯，很好找，離天門山 72奇樓 火車站 汽車站 飛機場很近，交通便利，設施齊全，整體環境很好，房間乾淨整潔，百寸投影效果很贊👍最主要的是管家小姐姐服務貼心周到，提前給發了民宿的位置和來路上注意事項⚠️還有詳細的畫了講解了旅遊攻略，玩了三天，不用擔心找不到路，還幫忙訂了優惠門票，比網上還便宜很多，附近吃飯早中晚餐步行3分鐘就是美食一條美食街，超市，麪包店啥都有，打車在店門口接，去哪都不遠，入住確實很開心，跟值得推薦！

房間寬敞明亮，一次性用品齊全，吹風機，衣架，洗衣機等都有，我們四位玩了一天累了，回來時還給我泡腳桶，泡了腳🦶一覺睡到天亮，還在大廳自製火鍋，可以喝茶聊天，下棋打牌，很有設計風，最主要是送免費的地圖和講解旅遊路線攻略，還告訴你們怎麼搭車坐車，不用擔心路上玩時迷路，找不到方向🧭路痴的一定選他家沒錯，他們有幾家店，説每家風格還不一樣，都方便停車免費，希望區別的城市玩時也有這樣的店家就好了，不用擔心攻略問題，我們剛下訂單管家就聯繫我們，給我們發注意事項，在來的路上，以防被騙！他們人很和氣，不懂隨時問他，隨時回覆我們，太推薦了！👍👍👍
