一般不會輕易差評，而且智選假日一直讓我覺得是舒適類酒店裡的天花板，但是這次的智選假日讓我非常失望，第一，我們晚上8點多到的酒店，酒店門口的停車區域燈光昏暗，就門口最靠近的一排車位比較亮，停車差點撞到路牙上；第二，房間的衞生堪憂，沙發上都是白色的灰塵和羽絨，不知道房間有沒有打掃就拿出來賣；第三，晚上網絡電視也沒信號，我們想換個房間説清明假期滿房了，假期忙沒房間，我理解，但是知道是假期為什麼不事先檢查好設備，做好衞生？第四，前台服務員好像都是剛畢業出來的孩子，處理個問題，對顧客的態度愛答不理的，有沒有一點職業精神？

酒店環境還是比較可以的，是個綜合體的社區，比較安靜，附近離八佰伴萬達比較近，3公里路，吃喝玩樂還是比較方便的，酒店30米處有個小童樂園，孩子們玩的很開心，過年期間給的電梯房實在是有點吵，晚上五六點就不斷有人講話，房間大門希望有個緩沖，自動閉門聲太大了
