We returned around 5 PM, only to find there was still water in the room that hadn't been cleaned, so we waited a while longer before checking in. The room itself was clean. When checking out, I used Ctrip's late check-out service, specifying 2 PM as the check-out time. Around 11 PM, they called to ask if I wanted to extend my stay. They said if not, I'd have to check out at 12 PM, with the latest possible late check-out time being 1 PM. So, was my Ctrip privilege used for nothing? I don't understand."
