服務好，前台員工看起來都很年輕，但是解決問題很利索，基本上都能很快的解決，然後他們家玩具挺多的，有一個小積木台，然後還有一個海洋球的小童樂園，不大，但是夠小孩一個人玩，貓房沒約，問了需要提前半個小時預約，不確定時間就沒約，下次吧，有機會進去看看

酒店有很多外國人，還有小童遊樂園，服務也很好，有問必答，重點是打掃客房的阿姨，打掃的很細緻，然後説話也非常温柔，還給小朋友送了一個別的國家的棉花糖！

帶娃入住家庭套房，全程體驗超貼心！酒店位置鬧中取靜，步行10分鐘可達景區入口，房間空間開闊，洗漱台還配有小童專用洗漱用品。最驚喜的是親子設施，小童遊樂區玩具齊全且定期消毒，工作人員都超有耐心，主動幫忙寄存行李、推薦親子遊玩路線，孩子玩得開心，家長也省心，已經推薦給身邊寶媽們！

跟對象一起來的，對象很喜歡這種風格的酒店，裏面有貓，還有小貓崽，很可愛，房間很乾凈，寬敞，我們兩個行李箱放完還有空間，智能馬桶很贊，前台服務很好，態度友好，價格也便宜，不錯

Location is very central, 10-15mins ride to Joycity and Saga mall. The hotel is small but relatively new and clean. Value for money. There is also a room with cats. My kids enjoyed playing with the cats.

The hotel is well designed and clean. The staff at reception is incredibly professional and kind. I contacted them on a few occasions and they were always very helpful.
I think the breakfast options should be improved. I paid for breakfast for four days, but after the first one, I decided not to have it anymore as it was really bad. Also, my room was facing the street and it was quite loud, so probably best to choose other types of room.
