"Our stay this time exceeded all expectations! First and foremost, a huge thank you to the Guest Relations Officer, Oliver! Check-in was super efficient and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local delicacies, maintaining a warm and attentive attitude throughout. The room was wonderfully warm, very clean, and well-equipped. Our beds were made daily, and used items like shower caps and disposable slippers were replenished. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety too. Plus, they have robots that deliver food, which is incredibly convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Xi'an! The location is also excellent, making our few days in Xi'an very comfortable. Regarding the complimentary items: two freshly ground coffees and desserts at the lobby bar (for the first day), and two cocktails (for the first day): We returned to the hotel quite late on the first day and were worried we wouldn't have time to use them, but Oliver kindly helped us by packing them up. We're very grateful for his assistance!"

"Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it. Pros: 1. **Friendly and attentive front desk service** The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When they learned we were first-time foreign visitors to China, they patiently showed us how to use ride-hailing apps on our phones and offered practical advice for our upcoming travel plans. What's more, they personally helped us with our luggage and guided us to our vehicle, providing truly thoughtful service. 2. **Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms** The room design was attractive, the space was generous, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. 3. **Good quality toiletries** The shampoo and shower gel provided had a pleasant fragrance and felt great to use. --- Areas for Improvement: **Airport transfer service was not up to par** Despite clearly stating the number of people and luggage during booking, and emphasizing it multiple times, the airport transfer service still failed to arrange a suitable vehicle. Consequently, the car couldn't accommodate our entire family and luggage, forcing us to wait for three separate vehicles and splitting us up, which was quite a poor experience. This stands in stark contrast to the excellent airport transfer service I received at another hotel in Guangzhou later on."

"The hotel's location is super convenient with two subway lines nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the wide selection of TV channels and the powerful heating from the air conditioning. Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, and the afternoon tea had a decent selection of emergency items too."

The location is excellent, and the modern, beautiful design deserves a big thumbs up to the designer. We've stayed at many hotels both domestically and internationally, but what truly sets this one apart is their service. From the confirmation call before check-in to every single interaction after, you can feel their attentiveness and proactiveness. The entire front desk team is young, vibrant, and both friendly and professional. There was a small issue with our room upon check-in, and they reacted incredibly fast, resolving it immediately in a way that made us feel very comfortable. During breakfast, Alan (if I got his name right) provided exceptional service. He was incredibly friendly and professional. This kind of thoughtful, detailed service truly leaves a lasting impression. Thank you, Alan; everyone says you're great! We brought our children this time, and they absolutely loved everything here. Deliveries from outside are brought directly to the room by a robot, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick them up – that's fantastic, robots are a must-have in modern hotels. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and patient with the children, making us feel right at home. Thank you, Auntie; I hope the small tip we left upon checkout was received when she cleaned the room. There's also a free laundry room here, which we didn't know about when booking, and that's extremely convenient for family travel. The front desk staff even helped us watch our laundry, so we didn't have to wait there ourselves – we're truly grateful for that. You don't see many hotels going to such lengths. We also ran into a bit of a snag when taking a taxi to the airport, but the hotel front desk quickly and professionally communicated with the taxi company to resolve the issue, which was very reassuring. Both the front desk and the taxi company deserve praise for their professional handling of every situation. That's the essence of the service industry. In summary, this was our first time in Xi'an, and our stay was superb. New facilities and excellent service. What's most commendable is that every department performed outstandingly. This level of overall excellence is something we haven't seen in many branded hotels we've stayed at. Ultimately, a hotel is about the overall experience, not just high-end facilities. Even the best facilities are just facilities without a dedicated team providing attentive service. Finally, I want to say that the management must have put in a lot of effort to organize, train, and guide this team – a huge thumbs up to you. Team spirit is everything. I hope you all continue to work hard and strive to be the best in all of Xi'an, or even the whole country! Management, remember to reward your team; treat them to a Christmas dinner!"

"When I booked, the rooms on floors 9-11 were more expensive than those on floors 7-8, so I booked a pricier one. We arrived around noon on the 3rd. First, a male staff member checked us in and offered an upgrade to a family room on the 8th floor. I explained that we're a couple and don't need a family room, plus I booked a more expensive room. He then said our booked room wasn't ready. I suggested leaving our luggage and checking in after we went out. He started writing a luggage tag, and then a female staff member came over, also offering an upgrade. After we declined, she said the only available room was on the 11th floor. I wanted to stay on the 9th floor, but she insisted only the 11th was available. I figured it was all the same and went to the room. To my surprise, the ceiling was very low, I could touch it if I stretched my arm, and the window was quite small. I could overlook those things. On the first night, the AC set at 30 degrees was too hot, but turning it off made the room stuffy. Neither of us slept well. The next morning, I told the front desk about it, and they said they'd provide a fan and a humidifier. I thought that was a good solution, but it turned out to be just talk. On the second night, the AC wasn't working. I called the front desk, and an engineer came. He said the AC could only be set to 30 degrees. I asked if it could be lower, and he eventually adjusted it to 22 degrees. However, when we went to bed later, we found the AC wasn't running and the room was stuffy. We had to set it back to 30 degrees. We slept very poorly both nights!"

"The newly opened Yaduo 4.0 is full of vacation feeling. It is very close to Vientiane City and convenient for shopping. The room layout is reasonable and the bedding is especially comfortable. There is a rich variety of breakfast. There is also a reading room on the first floor. The gym is small but well-equipped."

"The location is excellent, making it very convenient to walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City. The hotel room is spacious, which is great about northern hotels – they're always so bright and airy. It feels like Hanting has upgraded; the room looks very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I come back to visit."
