Great location and lovely service. It is close to the Bell Tower and metro station. Close to the direct bus to Terracotta Army (every day from 8 to 14 every 30 mins service, check the sign).
Breakfast is okay, they should improve the sweety section. There is only a lift and it could be overcrowded during morning.

The staff were very nice, well trained for service-mind. The room is quite big, clean and also I booked city view which was very nice. All high-tech staff in the room such as open the curtain, turn on the light which I loved that. The television was quite big. Amenities are fully provided. Location is great, at night you could just walk to the walking street. I have had a great night here. Highly recommended.

Good location. Central to most places of interest. Short walk to drum tower and bell tower. Beautiful place to be in. Highly convenient.

Very good location and the rooms are clean. We chose the one without windows and we really liked it. There is a fake window with natural looking light.
We also enjoyed the free laundry service (we really needed it).
The personnel speak a little English and they use translators to communicate.
The only suggestion is if they can add oat milk and some plant based proteins like tofu or gluten for breakfast.

The hotel is fantastic: it's in the city center of Xi'an, near to the Bell Tower right in front of the metro station, new and with all the amenities (a special mention to the rich breakfast and room furniture + laundry service). Just a suggestion: add more washing machine and consider just one elevator for 8 floors :)

The staff name Dumeng is very friendly. Hotel location also strategic, just in front the subway station, and across the bell tower. i will stay here again if come back to xi’an. Thanks
