How do I even begin? The room itself was beautiful, but for HKD 2000 a night, the complete lack of service was just awful. Only one front desk staff member spoke a little English; the other understood nothing at all. I forgot my travel adapter, which was a huge problem because my child needed it for their milk and I couldn't charge my phone. The location is incredibly remote with absolutely nothing around, and the beach water wasn't very clear either. When I asked the front desk to borrow an adapter, they told me to take a taxi to the city center 7-Eleven to buy one! That's just terrible. For a HKD 2000 per night room, the service was worse than a 4-star hotel back in Bangkok, where they actually provide adapters for guests. Also, there's only one restaurant at the hotel, and the food isn't great, but you have no other options. I just think if you're trying to rebrand as a high-end establishment, you need to offer much better service. You shouldn't be delivering service levels akin to a standard hotel in Songkhla.

The villa facilities are slightly old and clean. You can cook by yourself. It is suitable for bringing children to play. The yard has a lot of space. You can go to the nearby seafood market to buy seafood and barbecue yourself. Very close to the beach. There are 711 nearby.
