"This booking was the worst among the dozen or so hotels I stayed at during this trip to the grassland! First of all, I placed an order for a standard room on August 12th. When I arrived at the hotel front desk at 4:30 pm on the 16th, I was given a room on the west side of the fifth floor. When I entered the room, I found that there were no twin beds in this standard room. A fixed bedside means placing a mattress on the shelf, facing the floor-to-ceiling window, and there is a floor-to-ceiling curtain between the bedside and the floor-to-ceiling window, which is equivalent to hanging in the air around the bed! The indoors are suspended, and the outdoor floor-to-ceiling windows are suspended! Think about what kind of layout this is! What kind of person is qualified to sleep like this? ! I went to the front desk and asked for a change, but the front desk said there were no more rooms available. This was the last standard room and the others had been booked! I said that I had made a reservation early and it was not too late, so just give me a room like this! The hotel insists this is the last one. Considering that it would be troublesome to change hotels, I finally changed to a double room, but the room was very small. It looked like the business double room on Ctrip (pictured)! Not only was there no explanation, but he was also downgraded! When you are away from home, just make do with it. However, the fixed nozzle of the shower room in the room that was replaced was clogged and almost no water came out. The handheld nozzle was not in the right position and could only spray horizontally! There was a big gap in the glass door of the shower room. Once I took a shower, the floor outside the shower room was covered with water. It looked awkward. It was so late and I had to clean it up right away! In addition, on the day of check-in and the next day, there was an unpleasant smell permeating the hotel's main entrance, lobby, and breakfast room on the second floor in the morning. It was really unbearable! The hotel is located at a crossroads and there is noise at night. Breakfast is average, but filling. "Very satisfied, very satisfied. I stayed in Room 2. I originally booked it for one night and extended it for another night immediately after arriving. I can give it a score of 97. The overall environment is very good, there are basically no bugs in the room, the air conditioning is powerful, the facilities and details are very well done. In the current peak season, the price/performance ratio is full! It is also very suitable for bringing children, where they can have fun and go on vacation. I took my parents there and it was the most satisfying hotel of the trip. The only minor issue that would deduct points: 1. It was summer, and the tables and chairs in our room were not replaced in advance. We put a lazy sofa in the room, but it was a bit dirty and messy. However, after communication, the tables and chairs were replaced immediately; 2. The smart toilet in our room was not repaired and leaked a little, but it was acceptable. After communication, they immediately arranged to fix it. It just couldn't be fixed for a while, but they gave us a solution of wrapping it with a towel, which was basically not a big problem; 3. The clothes drying rack in the room was missing and was delivered quickly after communication; 4. The door of the twin bed is a bit stuck, the whole building is made of wood, the sound insulation inside the house is not good (old people get up early, I go to bed late), and it is very quiet outside 5. The mineral water is a little small, in a cute little bottle, just right for kids, but not enough for adults. But there are milk and cola, we didn't want cola, so we got a few more bottles of water. In general, it is worth staying here. The holiday is very comfortable. The big dumplings for breakfast the next day are very delicious."
