"The TV had a mind of its own. It would have been better if they had just thrown it out and not had a TV there at all. That would have saved a lot of frustration. Very helpful and friendly staff who did their best to bring the junk back to life. There was a strange chemical smell upon arrival, which dissipated after a night with the windows open. Because of this, cleanliness gets a low score. Otherwise, the room looked clean and tidy. The room should have been quarantined until it was properly aired out. I should have asked for a different room, but I was exhausted after a long day trip."
