City Living Sentrum Hotel

A succession of disasters one after another. Since they don't answer emails, they don't answer the phone, and when you can check in by phone, they assign me the same room as other guests. We manage to resolve the issue, but my room is over 28°C, so the temperature can't be adjusted, and the ceiling light doesn't work. I call again, but no one answers; there's no one at reception.

The hotel is very close to the bus station. Since it was Sunday and close to noon, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for over two hours before I could check in at 3:00 AM. The check-in time was very strict and early check-in was not possible. The front desk was often unmanned, making luggage storage impossible, which was very inconvenient. The room didn't include toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, slippers, etc., so I had to bring everything myself. The nearby bars were a bit noisy at night, and it lasted until 2:30 AM the next morning.

Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to the pier.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many convenience stores and across the street from the hotel there are restaurants. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, no need to meet the staff. The room is clean and comfortable to sleep in.

Alles sehr sauber und unkompliziert! Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr gue Lage. Man ist direkt im Zentrum und das Hotel ist nahe am Bahnhof!
