"Had a great time and enjoyed some truly stunning views 😍 The staff were lovely and friendly but at times had to request or remind them about certain things, perhaps because we’re South Asians as most guests seemed to be Western. Some amenities listed such as toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers and a razor were not provided which was a little disappointing considering the price paid. Also noticed a few stains on the toilet floor and white curtains though it wasn’t a major issue. The breakfast buffet was good but wish there had been more variety. Overall had a lovely and memorable stay and really enjoyed the trip with my best friend."

The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa experience—it was incredibly relaxing and professionally done, adding a special touch to our vacation. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. Housekeeping was occasionally a bit delayed, but it was only a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Radisson Collection Galle to anyone looking for a luxurious beachfront getaway in Sri Lanka!"

"We had a great stay at The Owl and Pussycat. It is in a very serene location on the beach, with the sound of the ocean soothing you to sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful, able to book activities like a tour of Galle and a whale watching trip from Mirissa (incl transport). They were even so concerned about us paying an extra 3% on an activity because we were going to use a credit card that they offered to lend us cash and put it on the bill. The food was generally very good quality, though the service was a bit slow at times. We mainly ate there for dinner or when we were having an afternoon by the pool, so it was all fine. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage. Air conditioning was struggling as there was a heatwave, but the rooms were able to keep a pleasant temperature. They could improve by adding a power extension with some extra sockets and USB charging ports, as the sockets in our room were quite loose and our chargers fell out a few times. The location is very convenient for getting to sights like Turtle Beach, or grabbing one of the TukTuks outside and heading into Galle."

"This hotel has a fantastic artistic vibe and an unbeatable view. Plus, the breakfast was delicious! We only stayed here for one night. On our first evening, we went out to eat in Galle Fort, and it was overpriced and mediocre. It was only at breakfast the next morning that we discovered the hotel restaurant is Michelin-starred! I really regretted not dining at the hotel the night before. I highly recommend this hotel. If I ever come back to Galle, I'd definitely stay here again."

"NOT luxury but still a good standard. Room nice. Vihan the manager is incredibly helpful and kind. He makes the stay. Great to watch turtles from wall at end of garden overlooking beach. Breakfast good. Open to non guests which is annoying, as few sunbeds and people walk of the beach and use the sunbeds having had a meal. Understand it's a business but not good for guests. Restaurant Italian so didn't choose to eat there unless needed a change to remind of home. We were promised a particular room and didn't get it."

"The hotel is stunning, quiet and very private. The rooms were fantastic, with two rooms alone in one building for my family, opening out to the sea. Yet what stood out was the absolutely sensational service. Sampath and Sanjeewa were among the best we've ever seen, always remembering our requests. Attentive, and on the ball, nothing was too much for them. They are so organised and on top of everything. The other staff are also brilliant, with the service always fast, and polite. Pasindu showed some great skills with the football when entertaining our kids. Everyone there was great with the kids and they absolutely loved the stay and were so sad to leave. The gentleman who cleaned the pool and the beach was amazing also. We enjoyed the new year celebrations a great deal. We recommend this property wholeheartedly and hope to go back soon. Thanks again to Sampath for arranging everything so well. Can't wait to go back. The breakfast was absolutely incredible "
