During the business trip, the hotel facilities, environmental sanitation and service were very good. The restaurant dishes were rich in variety and tasted good, and it was convenient for travel. The room was not properly furnished, there was dust in the corner, there was food trash under the chair, and the bathroom smelled. I don't know how many rooms I have, but there was a sound of dogs until dawn, and when I asked the staff if there were indoor slippers, I didn't feel good while laughing while looking at me saying that there was no such thing here. Breakfast was ok and the room was larger than I thought and the other staff were all friendly

Good choice, worth recommending, airport shuttle bus, a lot of dining nearby, about 19 kilometers from the airport, the environment is very quiet, I am more than 7 o'clock today, about 4:20 to the airport, looking forward to tomorrow's drop-off experience .

Thoroughly pleased with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. And who can forget to mention the chocolate chip cookie. Lol.

I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

Stayed there a few times. Great service and clean rooms as always.

More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

The hotel does not provide a shuttle bus transfer service. Check this service before traveling. Easy check-in, recommend to talk about check-in and check-out date clearly on the day of check-in because I received an error experience from the hotel that check out 2 days before the actual day and having a card swipe (which we use to pay the deposit at check-in) Our added 2 nights and a new deposit Once again, we have to negotiate for refunds. Quite tricky and have to send an email to confirm But got all returned by Trip.com Help to take care of the problem together. Very good. I appreciate it. The room is spacious and comfortable. But there is no cleaning service during the address. Breakfast is served enough. There is a waffle machine to make yourself, there is a biscuit for a medium taste. The location is far from the city, but if you want to do business at the university and hospital, it is quite close, but if you walk You have to be careful, there are some homeless groups.

Overall our stay at La Quinta was pretty good. I was impressed with the breakfast. There was something new each day that we stayed. I liked the biscuits and gravy and my son enjoyed making his own waffle. The staff was very attentive and kept the area clean. My room was decent but the room next to us had dogs that bark excessively. I don’t mind a little noise. That’s expected but when I can’t hear my tv or wake up through out night it’s a problem.
