Hotel on the first line, overall good but on the beach there are no lying, pool is very small, breakfast is national

Good food and quite peaceful location. Near to the beach and good cafes! Cleanliness and pest control can be increased. Staff is very courteous and polite and service is also very timely. Wifi is a bit slow though and can't be relied upon for meeting or work! Good for a goa vacation!

First night in Goa: Bungalow with an atmosphere but without air conditioning Stop for the night in the bungalow on the day of arrival to Goa. In hot and hot weather this can be a problem, especially for people with heart disease. The next day I moved to another place with the air conditioner. Comfort: • Bed with clean underwear • Shower clean • Towels fresh Food: I liked the restaurant – pleasant atmosphere and delicious dishes. • Tuna salad – is amazing, about 700 rubles • Breakfast on the menu – delicious, 1200 rubles Price and reservation: • The night cost 3700 rubles • The next day it was possible to book for 2400 rubles – it is worth checking prices before booking Output: If there were no air conditioning, the place would be worth living. It would suit those who sleep comfortably under the fan and are not afraid of heat.

Great hotel: spacious rooms, polite service, large clean pool, quiet around. Delicious and saturated breakfasts, comfortable bed. The stay was good. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a partial sea view from the balcony. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good with enough options. At the time of booking, we thought this property would be on the beach. However, the nearest beach is ashvem beach, which is about a 100-meter walk from the property. Otherwise, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access. The staff were polite and accommodating.
