Beautifully renovated chais with a nice touch of modernity. Large rooms. Michelin-star restaurant is pretty delicious. Breakfast is more average, swimming pool is indoor (sun-beds outside possible). A bit of a surprise but No Cognac production there…

Since it was a off-season stay, breakfast was not a buffet but a system to order at check-in.
The amount of each is small, so I recommend asking for what you like.
The location is great, within 15 minutes walk to the center and 5 minutes walk to Chateau Cognac and Hennessy.
I was able to spend a relaxing time on the site of wide 々.

The hotel is located in the northwestern countryside of Bordeaux, on the banks of the Charente River, with a small courtyard, clean and tidy, and the owner can see that it is very carefully guarded.
