Guest UserAbout a 25-minute drive from Yixian East Station, passing through a field of golden rice paddies, the hotel is located at the far end, comprised of several traditional Hui-style buildings, exuding local charm.
The facilities and cleanliness were commensurate with the price; it was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during this trip. The room was spotless and odor-free, with basic smart technology, and the service was highly professional, paying attention to every detail. The extra surprises were also just right, allowing me to completely enjoy my stay.
Behind the hotel is a small village, quiet and beautiful, perfect for a leisurely stroll and appreciating the architectural and cultural beauty.
The only thing that needs adjustment is the breakfast; it's basically the same every day, so you need to put in a little more effort.
The complimentary Shouzhuo Garden is definitely worth a visit; it's not crowded, and several spots offer great photo opportunities.

Guest UserAfter a few days of exploring Huangshan, we returned to the hotel. It's a 5-6 minute walk to the main scenic area of Hongcun, so there's no need to rush around with luggage.
The spacious living room features a tea table, a rockery, and a boat – sitting there and daydreaming feels like stepping into a painting. The biggest surprise was the fully automated guest room controls; lighting and curtains were managed with a single touch, and the smart toilet was incredibly convenient. Every detail reflects the thoughtful touches of a high-end hotel.
The shared facilities were top-notch: a bright and clean laundry room ensured clothes were always fresh, the rooftop infinity pool offered panoramic mountain views, and there was a fully equipped gym where you could relax and rejuvenate after a long day of sightseeing.

Guest UserThe most fearful thing about booking a hotel when going out for the first time is that when you go out with children, you want to find something comfortable and something that the children will like. I browsed through Xiaohongshu and it paid off. I finally came across the luxury hot spring B&B like your hospital. I felt good when looking at the pictures. It was simple and refreshing. I was afraid that there would be too many filters in the promotional pictures, so I added them with the intention of asking about the price. I contacted the boss on WeChat and sent him a video of the whole thing. I believed it. The price was much more affordable than other B&Bs in the village, so I booked it immediately. We drove to the parking lot by ourselves, and the B&B had a mini sightseeing car to pick us up. Only when we entered Hongcun did we realize why it was a mini version of [呲呲][呲呲][呲呲].
As soon as we arrived at the B&B, the two children screamed, ”Should we stay here tonight?” Wow, great, great, we are going to change into swimsuits and go swimming. I soaked in the water and played for two hours without wanting to get up.
It is very convenient to get from the B&B to the snack street and Yuenuma. Opening the map and walking through the alleys is a great experience.
In the evening, after the children went to bed, we rode the B&B’s electric scooter out to buy a barbecue and came back, enjoying the welcome pint beer on the terrace.
Because it rained when I came here, I fell into a ditch while walking in an alley and was injured. The boss was very considerate and gave me iodine and band-aids. He also bought oral anti-inflammatory *****, which was considerate and considerate❤️
The service and environment are very good. I learned that there is a store at the foot of Huangshan Mountain. Without further ado, I booked the store in Nandamen. It was perfect.

Environment: You enter the courtyard of the B&B through a winding path. It is really stunning. You can tell at a glance that the owner is very attentive. Come to the right place! The whole space feels very comfortable and the layout is very homely. I like the layout of the hall and the room. I particularly like the tea drinking area.
Hygiene: It's very clean, which gave me a new understanding of homestays. I don't have to worry at all.
Service: Very satisfied. The manager gave us a very cordial feeling. From check-in to pick-up to Hongcun until check-out, the reception was very warm, which added color to our journey. Worth experiencing. I'll come again next time!

The service was excellent, with pick-up and drop-off at the train station and complimentary tickets to the nearby Xiuli Scenic Area. The complimentary one-hour singing bowl experience was wonderful; I slept comfortably. The hotel restaurant was delicious, staffed by a team of chefs specializing in intangible cultural heritage, and the price was very reasonable. Tea was proactively offered during my rest in the lobby, and the complimentary snacks were also very tasty.
The room soundproofing was slightly problematic; I could clearly hear guests talking loudly outside in the morning. The singing bowl area is on the second floor of the lobby, and the noise from downstairs guests was somewhat disruptive. It would be better if they could provide a quieter location or if the front desk could remind guests during their experience.
Taxi availability was limited during the May Day holiday; it's best to book a ride in advance.

jasmineCCBefore checking into Banyan Tree Huangshan, my expectations were really high, but I ended up quite disappointed. Let me start with the positives: 1. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, quite decent for a star-rated hotel. The fresh juices were squeezed on demand, and the fruit quality was excellent. Most importantly, the staff were very efficient at clearing tables and setting up, so there was never any waiting for a seat, everyone could get seated promptly. 2. The service throughout our stay was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and patiently listened to guest feedback and suggestions, making adjustments proactively. The downsides, however, were quite noticeable: 1. The hardware is terrible and doesn't match the price point at all. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy and just barely passable. The bathroom was particularly bad; I've never encountered such poor bathroom facilities, especially not in a five-star hotel. The shower pressure was very weak, and so was the water flow from the bathtub faucet. The toilet height was incredibly uncomfortable; even for someone of my 175cm height, it was awkward to use. Plus, the quality was poor, and due to the bad glaze, flushing was a hassle. The central air conditioning in the lobby was practically useless. Walking into the hotel lobby, it felt only a few degrees cooler than outside. We didn't want to spend any time in the public areas; with outdoor temperatures at 37 degrees Celsius, the heat in the lobby was unbearable. 2. The hotel's main selling point is its 'getaway' style, and while the environment is indeed deep in a valley, quiet and secluded, it lacks the simple recreational facilities that would make guests want to stay. I went to the pool table three times and couldn't play because there was always a queue. Besides that, there weren't many other good leisure activities. For example, the coffee and tea area wasn't appealing because the public area AC was too high, making it uncomfortable, and the cafe environment itself didn't match the price of the hotel, falling far short of many five-star hotels in scenic areas. Although the hotel advertised iron-flower performances, they were only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and we perfectly missed them during our two-day stay. In summary, the hotel's promotional pictures are very attractive, but the reality is quite different. If you're just looking for a secluded getaway, it can meet that need. For everything else, there's a lot of room for improvement.

Guest UserI have to rave about this guesthouse! It perfectly embodies the healing feeling of ”living amidst beautiful scenery”! Hidden in the tranquil corner of Tachuan Ancient Village, the guesthouse boasts a quiet and elegant Hui-style courtyard. Opening the window reveals layers of white walls and black tiles against a backdrop of lush green mountains (especially picturesque in autumn with vibrant red leaves), and the evening breeze carries the fresh scent of nature. The rooms are impeccably clean and tidy, with complete and thoughtful amenities. The bedding is so soft it ensures a good night's sleep, the Wi-Fi coverage throughout the building is incredibly smooth, and parking is exceptionally convenient. The service is the biggest surprise! The receptionist was warm and attentive, responding instantly to any needs, making you feel right at home. The guesthouse's location is superb; you can walk to the heart of the Tachuan scenic area, and there are cafes and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and activities. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Tachuan!

Facilities: Our family stayed in three rooms, all with underfloor heating. However, when there were a lot of people, one room's heating was unstable. The housekeeper did his best to help resolve the issue late at night.
Cleanliness: The house is a bit old, but the cleaning was good. The kitchen was also quite clean.
Environment: Located in the Mukeng Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, the environment is excellent and the air is fresh.
Service: The hostess was very welcoming and upgraded us to a family room. The room was excellent. The housekeeper was also very helpful. New drivers should be cautious when entering the hotel, as the roads are narrow enough for one car only.

Guest UserIt was my first time staying in an old house. Everything was very novel. The homestay was at the end of the village, not in the noisy central street. It was very quiet and the environment was very good. We went there early, and the housekeeper took us to choose the room we liked. It was on the first floor, and the window faced the back door of the old house. As soon as we went out of the back door, we could see rape flowers everywhere. There was also an old man humming a little song and asked: Are you staying in my house today? Go out and have a look. Everything here is beautiful. During the Qingming rainy season, the room smelled musty, which was unavoidable. For breakfast, there were porridge and side dishes, including custard buns, steamed buns, eggs, and corn. It was ordered by person. In short, it was very full. The early morning in the village was still quite cold. After a bowl of hot porridge, I instantly warmed up from head to toe. If I have the opportunity to come to Xidi, it will still be my first choice.

Pig's Inn is a charming little hotel in a beautiful original building - the spaces are just incredible and endlessly photogenic. The village of Bishan itself is very quaint, still inhabited by locals but with a few cafés and bars, design stores and a wonderful bookshop. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are fabulous - we had dinner here twice. We stayed here for two nights in January, as most of the spaces are open, the hotel was a little chilly, but we were very cosy in front of the fireplace in the living area.
Very happy we chose to stay in the small village of Bishan rather than the beautiful, but more touristy villages of Xidi or Hongcun. There are bikes and it was easy to get a Didi to visit the surrounding villages.
