Отельчик очень хорош, чистые, достаточно уютные номера, сервис на хорошем уровне - твёрдая 5, но расположение далековато до центра Хейзивью, до въезда в парк Крюгера через ворота Фабени 20 минут на авто

Cleanliness of the room is ok as long as you don't look on top of the wardrobe... Service is very poor from breakfast to dinner ...next day, few of us felt sick after eating pudding at dinner...waiters are in an other world most of the time and expecting you to tips them for buffet service... The front door light was broken. Just good for pick up and drop of to krugger.

We spent 4 nights at this well managed, beautiful property! The rooms are clean and completely COVID 19 compliant. The staff are friendly and very professional. One day we were carrying a heavy box from the car park to our room, when a young gentleman who is employed as a gardener voluntarily offered to assist us with a smile and completely spontaneous The F&B team were so accommodating and service orientated. Thank you to Simon at breakfast and the evening management and service team, especially Chef Musa who kindly agreed to prepare a la cart menu items when in fact, only buffet service was being served. The meal was amazing! This hotel team serves as a true Ambassador of the Tsogo Sun brand!
