Family-run inn and restaurant. The room is quiet and large enough. The food was delicious because they offered something that was not on the menu.

The swimming pool was very happy, the hotel was surrounded by the mountains, it was not too convenient to go out, so we rented a motorcycle to play everywhere and it was perfect... The hotel's breakfast is not too much, let's eat alive, the price is so cheap and don't expect everything to be perfect. The toilet window in the room cannot be closed tightly, so there are often mosquitoes in the room, but there are simple children's amusement facilities in the hotel garden with electric mosquito patties. Overall very good!

The room is great with good service. We got welcome drinks and snack after a long ride with traffic jam from Hanoi. I like that it has a very relaxing vibe. I enjoyed my stay. However the location might not be that convenient, had to get a Grab to go around. The hotel is located in a small alley and very narrow sidewalk. There is no street light at nighttime as well. This is the down side, but the good thing is this place is quiet, so we were able to have a good sleep. Breakfast is also not bad.

The hotel seats are not very good and there are few convenience stores nearby. There are many foreign tourists, almost all of them European and American tourists, and then Korean tourists. The hotel swimming pool cannot be used due to winter maintenance. The TV couldn't be watched the next day. Even if I asked the housekeeping staff to deal with it, it still wouldn't work.
